About the author

Tsugumi Ōba (Profile in Japanese: 大場 つぐみ), born in Tokyo, Japan, is a writer best known for the manga Death Note. His/her real identity is a closely guarded secret. As stated by the profile placed at the beginning of each Death Note manga, Ōba collects teacups and develops manga plots while holding his knees on a chair, similar to a habit of L, one of the main characters of the series.

There is speculation that Tsugumi Ōba is a pen name and that he is really Hiroshi Gamō. Pointing out that in Bakuman the main character's uncle was a one-hit wonder manga artist who worked on a gag super hero manga, very similar to Gamō and Tottemo! Luckyman in all aspects. Also that the storyboards drawn by Ōba greatly resemble Tottemo! Luckyman in style.

Appreciation Post to Mello

Mello is truly an amazing individual. The pictures associated with this post give a small glimpse into the essence of who Mello is. The first image shows a certain charm and perhaps a hint of mystery. It makes you wonder what lies beneath the surface.

The second image, with its unique composition, further adds to the allure. It seems to tell a story that only those who truly know Mello can understand.

Mello has brought so much to the table, whether it's in the form of friendship, inspiration, or just a kind word. Their presence has made a positive impact on many lives. We are truly grateful to have Mello in our midst and look forward to many more wonderful memories together.

The quality has significantly dropped from the 7th part.

This is a concerning issue as it may affect the overall perception and functionality of the entire work.

Perhaps there were some errors or oversights during the creation of this part that led to this decline in quality.

It is essential to identify the root causes and take appropriate measures to rectify the situation.

This could involve reevaluating the processes, providing additional training to the relevant personnel, or conducting a thorough review and revision of the 7th part.

By addressing this issue promptly, it is possible to restore the quality to an acceptable level and ensure the success of the entire project.

I have a great fondness for this series, yet I must admit that the plot is beginning to feel rather drawn out. For my personal taste, it has become a bit too dull and convoluted. With the exception of perhaps the last one or two chapters, the entire thing seemed more like a setup for the next book, as very little of significance actually occurred.

It's truly appalling how Light behaves. Even though his father is no longer alive, he still clings to that notepad. I'm extremely glad that Near and Mello were able to uncover Kira's identity. I'm truly overjoyed for them.

L'nin karizması şu Near'da yok, yoksa sevdim keratayı ;)

The charm of L is not here in Near. If it were, I would have loved the keratayı.

L has a certain allure that seems to be absent in the vicinity of Near. It's as if there is something about L that would have captured my heart if only it were present here. The keratayı, which might have been associated with L's charm, remains unappreciated in this location.

Perhaps the absence of L's charm in Near makes one wonder what it is that makes L so special. It could be a unique quality, a particular trait, or even a certain atmosphere that surrounds L. Whatever it is, it is clear that it is not to be found here in Near.

In conclusion, the charm of L and its connection to the keratayı remain a mystery in the context of Near. We can only imagine what it would be like if L's charm were present and how it might have influenced our perception of the keratayı.

Babygirl.

This term, "babygirl," is being used here to refer to Mello.

It's an interesting and perhaps endearing way to address Mello.

Maybe it's a nickname given by someone close to him, or it could be a term of endearment that has a special meaning within a particular context.

We don't know for sure who said it or what the exact circumstances were.

But it gives us a little insight into how Mello is perceived or related to by others.

It could imply a certain level of familiarity or a unique relationship.

Perhaps the person who said it has a soft spot for Mello and uses this term to show their affection or closeness.

Or maybe it's just a playful way to address him.

Regardless, it adds a touch of personality and interest to the description of Mello.

The pacing in this volume was a bit off for me. I truly adored the first third of the book. It was engaging and full of anticipation until a rather shocking plot twist occurred. This twist really took me by surprise and added an element of excitement.

The middle part, however, was more of Light and Near engaged in intense discussions about their theories and strategies on how to outwit each other. While it was interesting to see their intellectual battle, it did slow down the overall pacing of the story.

Fortunately, the last part picked up the pace again. We got to see Mello and Near together once more for a mini showdown. This added a new layer of tension and drama to the narrative.

Despite the pacing issues, I'm still really enjoying the series. However, I'm also ready for it to come to an end soon. I'm eager to see how everything will be resolved and what the final outcome will be.
