Comme tous les Dan Simmons, j’ai adoré! I have really loved it, just like all of Dan Simmons' works. J’ai beaucoup aimé changer de format et passer à celui de nouvelles et vraiment, pour le coup, j’ai savouré ma lecture. Je savoure toujours avec lui, mais là c’était différent! I really liked changing the format and switching to that of short stories. And truly, this time, I savored my reading. I always savor reading his works, but this time it was different! J’ai trois préférées : « Vanni Fucci va très bien et il vit en Enfer », « Le Conseiller » et « Photo de classe ». Ces trois là m’ont vraiment touchées parce que ça se passe dans un milieu qui me parle et parce que je suis aussi de cet avis. I have three favorites: "Vanni Fucci Is Doing Very Well and He Lives in Hell", "The Advisor", and "Class Photo". These three really touched me because they take place in a setting that speaks to me and because I also share the same opinion. La plume de Dan Simmons est juste exceptionnelle et je ne m’en passe plus (même si ça fait pas mal de livres que je lis de lui), il arrive toujours à me surprendre. Dan Simmons' writing is just exceptional and I can't do without it anymore (even though I have read quite a few books of his), he always manages to surprise me.
