This series is truly growing on me, much like a rather freakish dandelion. It's quite amusing how Tsukasa fails to put two and two together and realize that he likes Tsukushi. In fact, it seems that no one around him can figure that out either. There are a few things that I would like to point out. Firstly, you can't develop autism, nor can you simply grow out of it. You might become catatonic, manic depressive, or even develop a lazy eye, and potentially overcome all of those conditions, but being autistic is something that persists. I mean, the symptoms described in the series were nowhere near those of autism. And I'm not claiming to be an expert or anything. Secondly, you can become a lawyer and make a difference by helping the poor in your own community, town, neighboring town, or even on the other side of the country. You don't necessarily have to fly halfway around the world to assist the underprivileged. At that point, you might as well just go to some country in Africa and start lending a hand. It's important to look at these aspects and consider the implications within the context of the story.
