This felt like cheating since the book was 110 pages. It had some good leadership quotes/actions, but overall wasn’t for me. I like to follow a more example based / facts based leadership book, and this one was not that. But only 110 pages! So! That’s a positive!

Very well and precisely written. A short but great guidebook for future leaders.

Not super memorable the first time around. However, you can recognize this book has a lot of really good info in it. I've kept my copy at my desk and have a goal to review sections of it on a weekly basis. I think it will grow to a five star the more I use it.

A great refreshing read on Leadership

I loved this book and I definitely will be rereading it again soon.
I read this book twice and still find new passages to remind myself on the subject of how we can see ourselves as leaders in any of our organisations.

Overall thought it was a good read with a few good reminders and thoughts. Biggest takeaway, A yes to one thing is a no to something else. Learn to say ‘no’ to the good so you can say ‘yes’ to the best!

Good book overall on the basics tenets of Leadership and Influence. Even though the book is very short, I still found it repetitive and also found the examples to follow the same pattern.

Leadership 101 is compact yet full of great guidance for leaders. It’s one of those books that you should keep on your shelf and dust off every now and again. I look forward to exploring other titles by John Maxwell.

I always love John Maxwell & this book did not disappoint. For a busy, working mama of two you children this quick read was just perfect for fitting into the (few) quiet moments of my life.

I love that his concepts are easy to understand and are really rooted in two key things - consistency & perseverance.
