- very short, easy, informative read! Easy to follow and has some great principles in a very condensed fashion. Really enjoyed it! Listening at 2x speed it’s only a 2 hour book. Highly recommend to those who haven’t read much of Maxwells work yet

To be honest, when he said he was going to keep the book short in order to provide the meat of the ideas and not much else, I had far higher expectations than I should have had.
It wasn't Earth shattering information, which sucked, because I am really interested in reading a "hot to" book on ways in which to practice leadership.

This is short, but not to be taken lightly. The straightforward advice and self assessment metrics are robust, easily understood, and effective. I will definitely be revisiting this in the future because principles like this can be applied over and over for repeat success.

This book gave the best information on being a quality leader. I was able to apply every concept immediately.
