This was a very short and enjoying read...
But I think that the author was a little repetitive and, in some cases this stressed me out, but there was some histories that made me so excited.
For example the first one was about how was created MCDONALD'S and I was just, really really surprised.
BTW maybe if there was less things repetitive I would give it 4 stars but, in general was an interesting book

A detailed and to-the-point book by John C. Maxwell. It is set in the early 1800s, a time of groundbreaking thinking, but its concepts still apply to today’s leadership challenges.

The book is concise and easy to understand, allowing readers to quickly grasp its deep meanings, supported by excellent examples.

I enjoyed the entire book from start to finish

For a quick little booklet and some some great thoughts on leadership it’s a good read. I tried to use this book with a group of young women for a leadership study. If I had it to do over, I would look for different resources that are more female oriented for group study and discussion like leading from the front.. I just think this is a harder book for women to use for discussion whereas perhaps men would find the short brief thoughts more beneficial for their groups. And again this book is really meant for an individual not a group study..

Un libro lleno de contenido. Tal vez no tenga novedad respecto a otros libros, pero da muy buenas pinceladas para romper mitos, para trabajar en el liderazgo, para provocar el cambio, para definir lo que diferencia al líder y para construir un camino de liderazgo.

Tenká knížka obsahující několik základních myšlenek k tomu, jak se stát vůdcem. Nejde do detailů. Překlad není moc dobrý (na několika místech jsem se vyloženě zasekl a přemýšlel, co chtěl původní autor vlastně sdělit). Přesto mě hodně nadchla. Všechny rady jsou trefa do černého. Navíc nemusíte mít žádné předchozí znalosti. Jako první krok pro zorientování a nacítění skvělé.

I Like the concepts that the author share in the book, it’s a small book which means you can read it quickly ( it wasn’t my case ) I give it 3 because I consider there should be a lot more better books about leadership

I love this book! John C. Maxwell is a fantastic writer, and I always enjoy reading his books. He uses excellent examples to illustrate powerful principles, making it easy to learn something new every time. Here are three key lessons I’ve taken away:

1. Empowering people extends your influence far beyond them—you’re also influencing everyone they impact.

2. Leadership is all about influence. If you can’t influence others, they won’t follow you, and without followers, you can’t truly be a leader.

3. The true measure of you leadership will be seen in how well your people and you organization perform after you are no longer there.

A good overview of some of the traits and qualities of a leader, including some tips on how to develop your leadership skills. Maxwell had been asked many times when he would write a brief overview book that could be read in one or two sittings and decided that leadership was the first topic to do that with.

Le livre présente les principes de façon claire et precise. De plus, John C Maxwell présente des exemples et des cas explicites tirés d'histoires réelles. Je pense qu'il n'y a pas de meilleurs moyens de nous présenter ces leçons.
