①How to become successful

"Hard work applied properly and intelligently, and thinking in an organized manner, must lead to success.”

Your troubles and problems are yours, my friend, and nobody else really cares. Because they all have problems of their own. Certainly, theirs are more important to them than yours.

And, conversely, nobody's problems are quite so important or imperative to you as your own are.

②"We always have time enough, if we will but use it alright."

Nobody has more time than you have, and nobody has less. No one can inherit time-or keep it in a bank to gather interest.

An hour contains sixty minutes no matter who is using it. And even knowing the "right" people cannot get you more than twenty-four hours per day.

As far as I can see, the only way to save time is to spend it wisely. Which really means investing in it properly.

Invest your time in bettering yourself mentally and physically; in making yourself more skillful in duties and in pleasures-and you're investing it the way you should.

There's an old saying that tells us, "If you want something done quickly, give it to a man who is too busy to do it. He'll find time for it."

Now I think everyone will agree that organization is certainly essential in order to use time properly. Those that have no time for anything are just not organizing well.

③"If you have a goal in mind, do something about it. "

Don't wait too long for the "right" time, either, because that rarely comes. In most cases, the time is now.

Instead of taking valuable time to fret about whether you should do something, worry about how to do it-but do it.

If it doesn't work out right-well, at least it's off your mind, and you can give your attention to something else.

If you keep procrastinating, to paraphrase Cervantes, you're traveling the streets of "by and by" which only lead to the house of "never."

Don't waste too much time worrying or fretting about past mistakes. Once you've made a decision, forget it. Start each day a fresh.
