RIDING ON THE WINGS OF A DRAGONFLY

The Dragonfly Race is set to begin in Piffle World, and the prize for one lucky lightweight aircraft pilot is an amazingly powerful battery in the shape of a feather. But for the four dimension-travelers, and one odd creature named Mokona, who have joined the competition, the feather represents more than energy - it's one of Princess Sakura's lost memories! And Sakura's feather isn't the only ting at stake. Despite President Tomoyo's best efforts to protect the race using her wealth and resources, unexpected hazards keep popping up, and the perilous contest could lead to death for unskilled pilots...like the princess!

CLAMP originally began in 1989 as a twelve-member dōjinshi circle, but by 1990, the circle had diminished from twelve to seven. Of the remaining seven, Tamayo Akiyama, Sei Nanao, and Leeza Sei left the group during the production of the RG Veda manga. Other former members of CLAMP also included Soushi Hishika, O-Kyon, Kazue Nakamori, Yuzuru Inoue and Shinya Ōmi. Currently, there are four members in the group.

In 2004, CLAMP's 15th anniversary as a mangaka group, the members changed their names from Nanase Ohkawa, Mokona Apapa, Mick Nekoi, and Satsuki Igarashi to Ageha Ohkawa, Mokona, Tsubaki Nekoi and Satsuki Igarashi (her name is pronounced the same, but written with different characters) respectively. The August 2004 issue of Newtype USA, a magazine specializing in events of the anime and manga subcultures, reported that the members of CLAMP simply wanted to try out new names. In a later interview with Ohkawa, it was revealed that initially Mokona wanted to drop her surname because it sounded too immature for her liking, while Nekoi disliked people commenting that her name was the same as Mick Jagger's. Ohkawa and Igarashi, wanting to go with the flow of Nekoi's and Mokona's name changes, changed their names as well.

In 2006, they made their first USA public debut at Anime Expo in Anaheim, California. They were well received at the convention, with 6,000 fans in attendance at their panel.

This is one of the more intricately plotted mangas I have read. It seems as if there is scarcely any filler content. Perhaps there is just a page or a panel here and there, but they still serve to showcase character relationships or offer a brief humorous aside. There is absolutely no wasted page count at all.

I truly appreciate the designs of the Dragonfly racers. Additionally, the fact that almost all the competitors are alternate versions of people the group has encountered before adds an interesting layer. I would highly recommend reading Cardcaptor Sakura prior to this, and also reading XXX Holic concurrently. While neither is strictly necessary to enjoy this series, since Sakura and Syaorian hail from Cardcaptor, it will provide you with a solid background on them. Moreover, XXX Holic reveals what Yuko is up to during this series.

If you are reluctant to invest time in other Clamp series, I would at least suggest googling them. This is because I believe you will derive greater enjoyment when you recognize characters from other Clamp stories as they make their appearances.

However, there is one thing that disappoints me - I渴望 to see more of Toya and Yukito!

Each time we are getting closer to the middle of the series (I understand that there are a total of 28 volumes), and little by little Sakura has been recovering not only her strength but also her memories.

Our dear group continues in the Kingdom of Piffle, and as expected, even Sakura manages to earn her place to compete in the finals of the race. However, there have been a couple of accidents and situations that have gotten out of control, which poses a risk to the participants.

In any case, the determination of the 5 does not waver: recovering the princess's pen is their priority.

Now, this volume has been very ordinary to my taste. There really hasn't been much development as such. In fact, it tastes more like fan service because the Tomoyo of this world behaves the same as she does in CCS. The most redeeming thing is that Syaoran and Sakura have a couple of touching scenes and that Kurogane, even though he is not someone who easily expresses his emotions, does worry about his traveling companions.

Well, I really hope that the next volume is better and that we finally finish this arc.

This volume contains chapters 74 to 82.

The race plot turned out to be far more interesting than I had initially anticipated.

At the beginning, I thought it would be a rather straightforward and uneventful affair. However, as the story unfolded, there were numerous twists and turns that kept me on the edge of my seat.

The characters in the race had their own unique motives and strategies, which added an extra layer of complexity to the plot. Some were determined to win at all costs, while others had more altruistic reasons for participating.

The setting of the race also played an important role in making the plot engaging. It took place in a beautiful and dangerous landscape, with obstacles and challenges at every turn.

Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by how interesting the race plot was. It had all the elements of a great story - excitement, drama, and a touch of mystery. I can't wait to see what happens next in the story.

What are they actually doing in the race anyway? It seems rather strange.

Instead of following the normal rules of a race, they are up to something completely different.

They might as well just go with the plot and do something crazy like steal the feather or something.

This doesn't feel like a sports manga at all.

In a typical sports manga, there would be intense competition, hard work, and a focus on improving skills.

But here, it's more like a random and chaotic story that doesn't quite fit the genre.

Maybe the author is trying to be creative and break the mold, but it's not really working for me.

I'm hoping that as the story progresses, it will start to make more sense and become more engaging.

Otherwise, it's just going to be a confusing and disappointing read.

There was this one fateful time when they found themselves in a perilous situation. They had to engage in a fierce battle against a horde of terrifying monsters.

These monsters were not only powerful but also extremely dangerous. If they failed to kill them, the monsters would surely turn the tables and kill them instead.

Their hearts pounded with fear and determination as they prepared for the fight. They knew that their lives depended on their ability to defeat these monstrosities.

With weapons in hand, they charged forward, ready to face whatever came their way. The battle was intense, with flashes of light and deafening roars filling the air.

Each strike they made was a desperate attempt to survive. Would they be able to overcome the odds and emerge victorious? Only time would tell.

This one was truly action-packed with the race.

The excitement and intensity of the race were palpable, keeping the readers on the edge of their seats.

Every moment of the race was filled with anticipation and drama, as the competitors vied for the lead.

The author did an excellent job of描绘 the race in vivid detail, making it easy for the readers to picture the scene in their minds.

The race is continued in volume 12, which only adds to the anticipation and excitement.

Readers are eagerly waiting to find out what will happen next in the race and how the story will unfold.

Volume 12 is sure to be another thrilling installment in this exciting series.
