Good motivating book not only on investing on real estate but you’re state of mind. The feeling being in the billionair club that will explain Donald aswell how to handle situations. Dont go in discussions or commotions at work be stoic.

Concise, direct insight.

My curiosity surpassed my common sense, so I decided to read it. I was fighting with myself in every single page. I couldn't finish it, though I read 200 pages somehow. Book about nothing, for nobody.

This is the fifth book by Donald Trump that I have read. I always liked his books because Trump has a very candid style. This book is basically based on the same pattern as his previous books but in this he writes about his recent deals & what is currently going on his life. I was interested in the advice regarding real estate. It turns out that Trump has written consecutive chapters on this topic like how to pick a location, rent an apartment, buying/selling a house, building inspection, dealing with brokers & attorneys etc. This is the thing that I really liked. The advice given in these topics is straight to the point & very informative. Furthermore Trump also writes about business, life, money, investment & many other topics. These chapters contain straight forward advice that anyone can use.
Trump encourages us to think like a billionaire throughout this book. He believes that the only way to become a billionaire is to start thinking like one. I agree with this idea. Trump's advice is to the point & he takes tough stand on the things that he believes in.
Trump also writes about his latest venture,the move into showbiz. He writes about his owning & running beauty pageants & the TV show The Apprentice. This show got quiet famous on TV but I was not much interested in this show & generally not interested in showbiz so I did not find this aspect of the book very interesting. But it should be taken into account that even in showbiz Trump succeeded & made a name. He is a brilliant man & a fast learner. He learned the workings of this industry very fast. One more thing that you will notice & this can also be observed in Trump's previous books is that Trump uses his books as a source of self promotion a lot. Although this thing is entertaining but sometimes it can also be a bit frustrating. A person might start doubting the advice of Trump if he/she finds that he is focusing too much on himself. This thing generally turns people off.
I believe that a person should never take anything for granted & should always analyze everything written before accepting & using it. The beliefs, values & ideas that constitute Trump's mind are fascinating. You can easily see that his mindset is the mindset of a winner & a fighter. I think this is the reason he is so successful for so long.
Overall this was a good read & I recommend it to all the Trump fans out there.

to be honest, I love the way he interpreted his experiences in this book. it is straightforward and crystal clear. it's like a handbook that every newbie in the business world needs. and im one of the newbie.

As a Christian, I believe God Thinks Like a Billionnaire, and I wanted some categorical evidence of this. I found it in this book! People at the top of their game think the same in many areas. This is tremendously motivating because you don't have to be a real estate tycoon to benefit from his experience. You can be an artist, musician, pastor or parent, and get something from the mind of a millionaire...or Billionaire.

I like to know who among the most successful people in the world believes in God. Trump opens up with a small tribute to faith "I believe in God," he wrote. That's smart. Then he revealed, "I don't drink...." That's discipline.

Some things will challenge people, especially if they already don't like Trump any way, are tips like these:
- "Don't take vacations. What's the point? If you're not enjoying your work, you're in the wrong job."
- "Have a short attention span... After the first 3 words are out of their mouth, I can tell what the next 40 are going to be, so I try to pick up the pace and move it along."
I understand some people just don't want to live at this pace. As a leader myself, I find the non-nonsense talk motivating.

Wow, what a terrible book this was. If this book has "everything you need to know about success, real estate, and life," then I have seriously over complicated these topics. I would categorize this book as entertainment instead of business because it basically describes Trump's lavish lifestyle and neglects any decent business advice. Some of Trump's nuggets of real estate wisdom include, buying trees from peoples yards to put on your property, and making every tiny detail on your property perfect. No advice on cashflow, cap rates etc. just worthless fluff. If this book was marketed as an entertaining collection of anecdotes from Trump's life, I would have given it 3 or 4 stars. As a business book however, it is a complete failure.
