Uhm this book was OK, not so good not so bad, but the book is 80% The Apprentice and 20% is all about the title itself hmm.. :)

An interesting insight into the mind of Trump. The book shows someione with a singlehanded focus, to be successful dont sleep for more than 4 hours, think about work all the time and look at the small details signing every check.

I love Trump but his books are making me raise my eyebrows. Overall they seem like they gave a few hours worth of interviews to a ghost writer who then whipped up a book under Trump's name. Obviously the guy knows how to make money and is very good at it, however the advice given in the book is either weird (don't shake people's hands to avoid getting germs?) or just plain old common sense. I haven't read "The Art of the Deal" yet though, that one is supposed to have been written by Trump himself in his earlier days and full of nuggets of gold. This one though? Not so much.

I will advice everyone to read this book,since it is almost the only book that Mr Trump wrote to be read by everyone,So you do not have to be An Entrepreneur or Business driven to read it.
The Books is a group of advice/Articles about all aspects of life(work,real estate, Restaurant business, relationships)from the point of view of a media and real estate tycoon.
1st Part bout Real estate(how to buy/sell/rent a property-how to deal with a broker-how to add value to your property).
2nd part about money(how to find a good investment-how to save/manage your portfolio-how to divide your assets and invest in bonds and stock market).
3rd Part:is my Favorite so far ,Mr trump is talking about his business and his great comeback after he lost all his money and declared his bankruptcy,then his divorces,marriages and kids.
then based on his great experience he will offer advice about how to balance between marriage and business,how to pick a good spouse,how to love your job,how to dress to impress and promote your image as a businessman/woman,how to find real friends,how to pick your stuff for work,even etiquette and diet and what to eat when your are at work he did not miss it!
last part about his show the apprentice.
over all the books is pretty helpful and very well divided and definitely Mr trump is a bookworm and street-smart(he is Wharton business school graduate)

I don't understand why a big chunk of this book focuses on The Apprentice and very little is going towards real estate investment strategies and tactics... I don't need to know the details of a TV program, i need to learn mindsets, strategies and techniques. So, in brief this book IS FIRED!! :)

Quick read. Gives a bit of insight from DJT's life.
Key take-aways: be confident, work, be unapologetic and understand true luxury.

দুই পাতা পড়তে না পড়তেই তুমুল আগ্রহের তৈরী হলো, দেড়শ পাতা পড়তে না পড়তেই বাড়া ভাতে পম্পেই পরিমাণ ছাই জমে গেলো।
প্রথম প্রথম সত্যিই দারুণ লাগতেছিলো, পড়ে হাসবার মতন, মনে রাখবার মতন বই হতে যাচ্ছিলো যেনো। যেমন, তিনি নিজেই জানালেন ড্রাম্ফ পদবীর কথা, এবং তিনি এতে সন্তুষ্ট যে পদবী পাল্টানো গেছে, কারণ ড্রাম্ফ টাওয়ার শুনতে ভালো না। বা তিনি নাকী ফোন ব্যভার করেন না, এর চেয়ে নাকী চেচানোই সঙ্গত!
তাই মোটামুটি নিজের সঞ্চিত বিশ্বাসেরে কাঁচকলা দেখায়ে আমি এই বই পড়তে থাকলাম, এবং হতাশার পারাটা বল্গা ছেড়ে উপরের দিকে ছুটে গেলো। প্রথম বিশ পাতা সবই অনেক মজার, সত্য, তিনি যা বলেন, যেই কণ্ঠে বলেন, পড়তে ভালো লাগে। কিন্তু যার ধারণা সবাই বিলিওনেয়ার হতে চায়, বা ট্রাম্প টাওয়ার জগতের একমাত্র দালান, বা কেউ এক বিন্দুও পরোয়া করে তার ঐ টেলিভিশন সিরিয়ালটারে নিয়ে, তার সাথে ত এই বইয়ের আদলে একতরফা কথা চালাচালি সম্ভব না। প্রথম বিশ পাতা যা বিনোদন, পরের দুইশয় তা রীতিমত অত্যাচার। এই বইয়ের লেখক তার আগমনী চমক-রে তিলে তিলে না, তালের আকারে, মণ্ডার আকারে নিঃশেষ করে দিছে।
ভোটারদের সাথে এমনটা না হলে হয়।

বিলিওনেয়ার প্রসঙ্গে এই গানের কথা না বললে পোষাবে না। অন্তত এই বইয়ের মত ক্লান্ত করবে না কাউরে।

Este libro me sorprendió desde las primeras páginas.

El Mindset de estar listo para el ataque y mantener el status siempre es muy predominante.

Él menciona muchísimos nombres, me imagino que es una forma de agradecimiento, hay bastantes halagos a muchas de las personas que menciona, incluso a enemigos menciona cosas en las que son buenos, pero también destaca que posiblemente nunca volvería a tenerlos cerca.

También expone muchos de sus razonamientos alrededor del real state y el show televisivo, esos parecen ser sus principales enfoques.

El libro parece un compendio de pequeños consejos agregados a los 2 temas principales, su show de television y su participacion en saturday night live y otros shows.

Subraye varias de sus frases que son simples y prácticas, nada muy sofisticado pero sí manteniendo un estándar alto respecto a la percepción de tu entorno y la gente con la que trabajas.

Él se sabe autoadular de un modo que no molesta y le saca a uno sonrisas.

Creo que esa es su mejor cualidad.

This book takes us back to 2004 when Trump was just getting engaged with Melania and Ivanka was about to graduate from Wharton.

He shares various insights about real estate, money, business and living large, as well as his "Top 10 ways of thinking like a billionaire". Even though he doesn't say it with these words, one can infer that "thinking like a billionaire" actually means thinking like a hyper industrious, low in agreeableness, hyper competitive, smart, dedicated, disciplined person that's obsessed with perfection and wants nothing but the best for himself, his family, friends and business partners. Overall a great lesson in relentless work ethic when aiming to acquire wealth.

I enjoyed most of it and my mind was specially blown when he says: "I took a lot of heat for that last time, but that's too bad. I'm not running for office(!!!), and it's my decision"
