Among the books that made me take a break from reading, I think more about it and understand it deeply:)
Some beautiful parts of the book:
-All the negative events in life are inclusive, and every pain and suffering has a purpose. Pain and suffering teach us and guide us to higher levels of awareness.
The difficulties in life can give us an insight to free ourselves from the past that has dulled our excitement and kept us away from the core of our meaning.
Our highest goal is to learn from our experiences, grow, keep moving forward, and use our unique talents to be free to experience what we love.
-Oprah Winfrey said in her words: Turn your wounds into wisdom.
Instead of holding on to your pains, learn from them. See what benefits you have gained from these wounds? Where have they guided you? Now, who is there in your life that if you didn't have that bad experience, they wouldn't be in your life? How does holding on to your pains prevent your desires from being fulfilled?
When you use your wounds to grow and learn, you no longer need to remain a victim.
Look at the person who has hurt you and see what aspects of that person are connected to you. When you find those qualities in yourself, you will no longer be under the influence of that person and will no longer have a connection with them.
-Each of us must know that by doing the necessary things to light up the past and accept the pain and suffering, we discover the invaluable guidance.
If we allow it, the essence gives us more than what we imagine. Each of us has come to the world with a different message, and it is our responsibility to fulfill it.
With this perspective, we face the fact that all the events of our past have been opportunities for learning, growth, transformation, and exploration.
When we make peace with our past, the process of recovering our losses becomes much easier.
