The final...!! It has come to an end, my friend.

It didn't make me happy. The whole book was full of repetitions. In the first chapter, the essence of the whole book was presented, and then it kept giving (countless) explanations.

But it didn't say anything bad. It said to accept yourself, with all the good and bad that you have.

The half-darkness is the half that you hide...

The more you suppress it, the worse the attraction!! (Oh, this word is so bad) you do.!!

In short, to avoid getting tired of all the hardships I endured to finish it (I prefer to finish the book I started, no matter how strange it seems to me, a book has dignity!!!)

Adam's task with this book or books of this kind is quite interesting:

Either you accept that such studies exist and Adam can focus and get on an imaginary elevator and go seven floors underground and suddenly see a garden full of flowers there and his mind becomes free

Or like me, I consider such contents as fictional stories and there is no such elevator that is going to work

A yellow book, pure yellow

This task presents two different perspectives. On one hand, there is the possibility of a fantastical journey and exploration through the power of imagination. On the other hand, there is the view that it is all just fictional and not based in reality. The yellow book seems to be a symbol or a key element in this task, perhaps representing something more profound or mysterious. It makes one wonder about the nature of imagination and its role in our lives. Do we allow ourselves to be carried away by such fictional scenarios, or do we remain firmly rooted in the real world? The choice is ours, and it will determine how we approach this task and the ideas it presents.

I don't want to say it has no content, but it has very little content. All the words in this book can be summarized as follows: The characteristics that are presented to us are actually the characteristics that we have within ourselves and we hide them. Whether these characteristics are negative or positive, by accepting these negative points, for example, we can first accept people with bad characteristics and not judge them. By accepting the dark side of our existence, we can reach peace and by seeing them, we can consciously perform their contradictory behaviors. These words are all the words of the book, which after a while become very boring and sometimes with examples that are funny and incomprehensible. There is an attempt to increase the penetration of the words. For example, if you don't like a person who is always late, the reason is that you are also late, but you haven't accepted it!!! If someone has a positive opinion about the book, I will be happy to know the reason.

Actually, no matter what I did, I couldn't read it until the end.

If you desire unity within yourself, then emerge from the inner darkness! Darkness is not always the abode of villains and the evil. Oh yes, the beautiful and kind virtues that lie dormant in the shadow of our unnoticed aspects of existence in the semi-darkness of our being, await a gentle gaze and a caressing touch to be kindled and unconsciously, in unexpected moments, they burst forth like explosive fireworks. And this is precisely the disproportionate outburst of anger that sometimes a friend's self-will, a colleague's laziness, or even a rude stranger's behavior makes us wonder why we are always helpless in the face of such solvable problems and lack the ability to control these intense and inappropriate reactions.

We have chosen not to allow certain parts of ourselves to exist, and as a result, we are forced to spend a great deal of mental energy hiding them.

Existence always guides us in a direction where we accept the entirety of our being. We attract to ourselves whoever and whatever reflects the forgotten aspects of our existence, and this is why certain events and personalities repeatedly appear in our lives.

The more parts of ourselves we accept and claim as our own, the healthier and more suitable individuals will emerge in our lives.

This is not the type of book I typically read. I sort of told myself that before delving into it. However, it was lent to me, and I have no reason not to follow the advice or recommendation of anyone important in my life.

Yes, it's a self-help, self-realization, self-actualization book. The first of its kind that I've read. And I actually enjoyed it. It wasn't so much the language or the flourish. Nor was it the very familiar colloquialisms that many of these inspirational texts tend to cloak themselves in.

Rather, when stripped down, the message that Debbie Ford is reminding you of. Something that I've grown a little numb to, something I think we all have. The ability to recognize yourself as a sum of parts and experiences, both incredible and flawed. The fact that we are powerful and built with a massive self-defense protocol that forces us to blind ourselves to the things we find most terrifying about ourselves. And that those traits are the ones we can pull from to make us stronger people and to hone in on for daily improvement.

Also, something I didn't expect from the book, she reminds us to embrace the things that we love about ourselves and to almost boast about them. Love that you're great at things, love yourself, love things that no one has noticed about you and bring it to their attention. There are only a fraction of us who are focusing on the self as deliberately as we can be. I am absolutely missing it. I'm not even sure what the hell I'm doing. But I now understand the potential corrections and adjustments I can make in my life based on some of the points and exercises in this book. And I will now attempt to let go of a lot of the guilt that I've built up for genuinely enjoying parts of myself and stop considering myself conceited, arrogant or overly egotistical. Obviously, there's always a balance that you have to reach, but when I reach the truth of it, I'm sure it will find me in a concentrated hum.

Dubai Ford wants us to recognize the shadows within us.

And it knows that the best way to understand the hidden layer of our minds is by paying attention to our projections onto others.

That is, whenever I judge and prejudge others, it is because I have that trait within myself. For example, if all those around me seem self-centered in my eyes, it means I am trying hard to hide my own self-centeredness and I do not accept this trait within me.

Conversely, if I describe the qualities of a particular or famous person, it is because the potential to reach that position or have that particular quality exists within me.

According to the author, we must recognize both our good and bad qualities and know that a fulfilling life consists of both. There is nothing completely black or white.

Now that we are familiar with our hidden qualities, we must strive to pursue the desires of our hearts, put aside the fear of failure, and be confident that if there is a desire, we definitely have the ability to achieve it. We just need to plan and commit to it, and the rest is up to the flow that is at our disposal.

A luxury item that is only printed for profit, these kinds of yellow psychology books.

In today's society, there are some books that claim to be about psychology but are actually just trying to make money. They are often printed with flashy covers and eye-catching titles to attract readers.

However, when you open these books, you may find that the content is shallow and lacks real value. They may be filled with common sense or just recycled ideas from other books.

True psychology books should be based on scientific research and practical experience. They should be able to help readers understand themselves and others better, and provide useful guidance and suggestions for dealing with various psychological problems.

We should be more discerning when choosing books and not be misled by these so-called "luxury" psychology books. Instead, we should look for books that are truly beneficial to our mental health and personal growth.

A book that changes the whole world in a rational and reliable way and is not at all like those cheesy self-help books.

Because it induces changes from within you, not an external factor that you'll remember for a day or two and then forget that you even had such a desire.

This book teaches you that all the events that have happened to you so far, the direct and undeniable responsibility for them is only and solely you.

The pen of Debbie makes it possible for you to be in control of your life, whether it's good or bad, in your own hands and not someone else's.

I decided to give the gift of this book to the people I love on their birthdays to give them the gift of a change in their life perspective.

Thank you to my dear friend Ida, who always with her good suggestions makes me gain a lot of energy. ❤️

Meh...

Honestly, I have to say that I found the book a bit on the boring side. However, upon further reflection, I think the reason for this might be that I had actually already implemented some of the advice she offered in my life previously. As a result, there really wasn't anything overly new or revolutionary for me within its pages.

It's possible that for someone who is just starting out on their journey or has not had similar experiences, the book might hold more value and interest. But for me, it felt like I was reading something that I was already somewhat familiar with.

Nevertheless, I do appreciate the author's efforts in sharing her knowledge and insights. Maybe I'll give the book another chance at a later time and see if I can discover something that I missed the first time around.

Many of us have been in pursuit of light for a long time, but each time we have faced more darkness.

Jung said: "A person does not reach light by having a luminous body, but by becoming aware of the darkness."

Getting acquainted with the semi-darkness of your existence guides you in accepting and embracing the shadow of your being.

And it gives you the knowledge and tools to make manifest what has been hidden within you and helps you to accept yourself and others.

In life, we often strive for the bright side,忽略了 the importance of understanding and coming to terms with the darker aspects. By acknowledging the semi-darkness within us, we can gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and our experiences. This awareness allows us to embrace our flaws and imperfections, and in turn, accept others more fully.

Moreover, it provides us with the means to uncover the hidden potential and wisdom that lies within. Just as the light cannot exist without darkness, our growth and self-discovery require us to explore both the light and the shadow.

So, let us not shy away from the semi-darkness, but rather approach it with curiosity and openness. By doing so, we can find our way to a more profound and fulfilling understanding of ourselves and the world around us.
