This could be a useful book.

Now perhaps I will write a better review later.

It is important to note that the potential usefulness of the book lies in its content and how it can benefit the readers.

Maybe it contains valuable information, interesting stories, or practical advice that can help people in various aspects of their lives.

The fact that I might write a better review in the future indicates that I have an initial impression of the book but also recognize the possibility of further exploration and understanding.

As I continue to engage with the book, I may discover more of its strengths and weaknesses, and be able to provide a more comprehensive and detailed assessment.

Overall, this book has the potential to be a great resource, and I look forward to seeing how my perception of it evolves over time.

This book is also good. It is a guide for us to turn our dark side into a good side.

For those who have adjusted themselves to be good people but still feel that there is something bad about themselves and cannot accept it, not knowing how to find a way to solve it, they can try to pick up this book and read it.

Personally, I feel that this book is a bit like talking to psychology, especially the practice part that allows us to imagine and think along until we touch the deep part of our hearts.

"We are not in the world, but a different world that exists within us." We must accept the bad things that we are and adjust to look at that badness in a good way. When we look at it in a good way and pick out the good aspects from that badness to use, we will have wisdom.

The thing I don't like is the part that says we have many personalities hidden inside. The more I read, the more nervous I get because when reading, it seems like there are many people, but in fact, it is another trait hidden inside, giving the feeling that a person has dissociative identity disorder (DID).

The book is an American one, which means it is in a place where they even pursue meaningfulness for success in life. In this regard, perhaps this book can be placed under the category of self-help and success books. However, what makes me interested in it is that the author has been influenced by Eastern religions such as Buddhism and to some extent Sufism.

The main point is that nothing is black or white. No part of our existence is completely good or bad. Instead, it is a combination of both. In fact, even those parts of our existence that cause us harm and our weaknesses that we are aware of also have positive aspects that we have not noticed or suppressed until now. Now it is time for us to understand the talent of these parts and embrace them instead of rejecting them. Similarly, we must understand that no event is good or bad, and we should completely get rid of the labels of good and bad (whether regarding ourselves or events).

The next discussion is that we are not in the world, but the world is within us. In fact, we have all the good and bad within us. But we think that these good and bad are outside of us. In fact, we attribute our own characteristics to those around us. For example, someone who is stingy thinks that others are also stingy, or someone who is unlucky or lucky thinks that others are the same.

In the end, the author encourages the reader to fully accept their existence and instead of suppressing their existence, start listening to the voice within them and in this way discover the message and role they have in this world and strive to fulfill this role.

I want you to know that I am far from being flawless in your opinion. But my message is no longer about being flawless. Now my message is about being whole and complete, that is, being both complete and incomplete at the same time! Page 192

Don't strive to be flawless because the desire to be flawless is the cause of all this self-censorship. Strive to be whole and accept light and darkness together and make them equal.

If you receive your gift, I also receive my gift because the world of my spirit and yours is one. Page 160.

Each of us has come to this world with a different message, and it is our responsibility to fulfill it. Page 154.

The world is like a teacher for the wise and like an enemy for the ignorant. Page 141.

Everything in the world happens exactly as it should at every moment. There is no bad event, and there is no mistake or accident in anything. Page 141.

I am who I am, and you are who you are. Each of us is unique, and we have our own special journey ahead. Page 141.

What you have suppressed will not allow you to be complete. Page 105.

I can say that you can guess and understand the topic of the whole book from the first 4-5 pages. The rest of the book is all repetitive. I don't know why this book is so popular. Sir, read the first 10 pages. In my opinion, it's enough. Really, don't waste your time reading it completely. It's not worth it. The whole book is just repeating this: Recognize and accept your own bad ethics and behaviors because none of us are completely white, we are all gray. This is what the whole book wants to say, and it keeps repeating it.

This book was truly very enjoyable. It belonged to that category of books that are extremely easy to read.

On the other hand, if one is not naturally introspective, they might encounter difficulties in reading and digesting its contents. Learning about our shadow can indeed be a painful process. Nevertheless, this subject matter holds a great deal of intrigue for me.

Debbie Ford presents an interesting perspective on the shadow, which encompasses those aspects of ourselves that we tend to repress and hide. She has delved deep into her own shadow and freely shares her struggles. Moreover, she has worked with people in counseling situations, thereby amassing a wealth of professional experience.

However, I did find her approach to a friend who was being stalked a little too flippant. In fact, the advice she gave might even be considered dangerous when written about for the general public.

Despite these minor flaws, I firmly believe that this is a good book for introducing people to the concept of the shadow and how we might go about integrating it into our lives. It offers valuable insights and can serve as a starting point for self-discovery and personal growth.

A useful and interesting book for accepting and understanding all the characteristics that exist in the conscious and unconscious level of human beings.

The author of the book has faced great difficulties in his life, and these challenges have led him to make a lot of efforts to find a solution and get rid of them. After going through this path, he presents his message in such a way as to help other people and put his experiences at their disposal so that they can also get rid of the darkness of their existence.

Regarding this type of books, there are two kinds of people. Some may accept it and enjoy reading it, while others may not accept it and feel that they have wasted their time reading it!

I belong to the first group. In my opinion, the book was very good and had a world of points for me to learn from, and I marked all the key words.

I could not get through this whole book no matter how many times I tried to pick it up and read it.

It seemed that the words on the pages just wouldn't sink in. But what I basically got from it was this simple yet profound message.

Don't be afraid of people calling you things. Accept that you are that and move on.

Everyone has a little witch in them, whether it's a bit of sass, a touch of magic, or an ability to see things differently.

Ect... embrace your inner witch and live with it! Use it when you need it.

Maybe it will give you the courage to stand up for yourself, the creativity to solve problems in unique ways, or the confidence to pursue your dreams.

So, don't shy away from the witch within. Let it out and let it shine.

The most interesting part of this book was the exercises that were presented at the end of each chapter.

These exercises not only helped to solidify the knowledge learned in the chapter but also provided an opportunity for readers to apply what they had learned in a practical way.

They were designed to be challenging yet accessible, so that readers of all levels could benefit from them.

Some of the exercises were multiple-choice questions, while others required short answers or essays.

There were also practical exercises that involved hands-on activities, such as solving problems or creating something.

Overall, the exercises were a great addition to the book and made it a more engaging and useful learning tool.

The book was good. In special circumstances where a person is receptive, it can be helpful.

A good book has the power to make a significant impact on our lives. It can offer valuable insights, expand our knowledge, and inspire us to think differently. When we are in a state of receptiveness, we are more likely to absorb the wisdom and ideas presented in the book.

For example, during times of personal growth or when facing challenges, a good book can provide guidance and support. It can offer new perspectives and strategies that we may not have considered before. Additionally, a book can also serve as a source of entertainment, transporting us to different worlds and allowing us to escape from the stresses of daily life.

In conclusion, a good book is a valuable asset that can have a positive influence on our lives. We should make an effort to read regularly and be open to the lessons and experiences that books can offer.

In chapter eight, it completely takes itself seriously and makes the point it wants to make. "Reinterpret yourself."

The book has ten chapters.

This thought that I have is that every behavior of others that affects me positively or negatively is a completely real, interesting, and helpful reflection of myself.

If you are in an ignorant position regarding inspiring and psychological books, know that I am like this too. But some books of this kind also have something to say, even if it is only the size of a sentence or a paragraph for you. Read without prejudice.

It is important to approach different books with an open mind and be willing to learn and grow from the ideas and perspectives they present. Each book can offer unique insights and experiences that can help us better understand ourselves and the world around us. By being receptive to new ideas and being willing to reinterpret ourselves, we can expand our horizons and become more well-rounded individuals.

So, don't be afraid to explore different types of books and see what they have to offer. You might be surprised at how much you can learn and how much you can change as a result.

**The Book as a Gift and My Thoughts on It**

The book was a birthday gift from a dear friend.

Generally speaking, this type of book doesn't really match my personality or interests.

I don't have much faith in many parts of it.

However, I can say that the author did a clever job.

In a way, the author didn't take the spiritual, positive energy, and positive thinking approach in an overly abstract and pretentious way.

It wasn't like saying "your heart is happy... what do you say, like that."

In many places, the author provided logical and calculated explanations that changes in the way of looking at things are necessary for the positive and negative aspects of our own personalities.

The author's words were acceptable, touchable, and worthy of consideration.

In some places, it had what I considered to be empty spaces, similar to an Indian movie where at first, the person doesn't accept that they have something, and then suddenly they say "yes, I have it," and then for example, they discover that they have been a liar and from that day on, their bank account gets filled.

Or the author would say that you have to embrace this... but didn't offer any practical solutions for embracing, for example, bad behavior.

But still, I know that reading the book is acceptable and can be a guide for a peaceful and enjoyable life.

This version is a gift too!

I read this book for the second time. I can hardly find anything logical in it, but it contains good sentences. I believe that it could be used to motivate people in various ways, but underneath, it's not really worthy of being someone's belief.

There are many bad things in it. For example, what's the difference between victim-blaming and these beliefs? You are in this situation because you want it! And you can't change it because deep down you want to be like this! Imagine that you are a poor person in a poor country. You never went to school and now you have to do tough work. How could you possibly love your status?!

She said you could change this situation if you really want to change it more than you want to extend it. If you can't, it means you don't want to. That's ridiculous.

She accepts half of Freud's theory and forgets about the other parts. She talked a lot about projection but didn't believe in childhood experiences and their lifetime effects.

She mentioned a case where a woman can't believe her sexiness. So he put an attractive and beautiful guy in front of her to tell her she is sexy. So we can see that the writer distinguished a hot guy from others. Although she said we are all sexy and attractive! That's kind of a paradox, I think.

This book is absolutely categorized as pseudoscience. But it has motivation and tips to love ourselves and other people.

Many hours pass by while reading this book.
However, in general, I remember that in those times I liked it.
The story within the book seems to unfold slowly, captivating my attention with each turn of the page.
The characters come to life in my imagination, and I find myself immersed in their world.
Although the reading process may take some time, it is well worth it.
The words on the pages seem to dance and create a vivid picture in my mind.
I can almost feel the emotions that the author intended to convey.
This book has a certain charm that keeps pulling me back to it.
Even after all these hours of reading, I still can't get enough of it.
It has become a part of my life, and I will always cherish the memories of those times when I was lost in its pages.
