It was extremely interesting.

There are a great many foods that I don't have a strong desire for, and surprisingly, these are often the very ones that I really should not be consuming.

It's quite a curious phenomenon.

However, there is one exception, and that is ketchup.

Ketchup seems to be the odd one out in this regard.

I have no particular aversion to it, and yet it doesn't fall into the category of the foods that are off-limits for me.

Perhaps it's because of its unique taste and the way it can enhance the flavor of many dishes.

But overall, the realization that the foods I don't crave are often the ones I shouldn't eat has been a rather eye-opening experience.

It makes me think more carefully about my diet and the choices I make when it comes to food.

Maybe I need to pay more attention to those foods that I tend to overlook and make sure I'm not indulging in them too much.

After all, a healthy diet is essential for our well-being.

I have been using this for years.

Whenever life gets in the way of maintaining a healthy diet, I find great value in reading through the relevant sections.

It helps me reacquaint myself with the foods that I should avoid and also gives me the motivation to declutter my kitchen.

By removing those unhealthy temptations from my immediate environment, I am better able to make healthier choices.

This simple practice has become an essential part of my routine, enabling me to stay on track with my healthy eating goals even during the busiest and most challenging times.

It serves as a reminder of the importance of taking care of my body and making conscious decisions about what I put into it.

Overall, I am extremely grateful for this resource and will continue to rely on it for years to come.

Interesting read. I definitely think there's some truth to the premise of our blood type determining how we should eat. D'Adamo does a good job of breaking down a potentially confusing topic into layman's terms without being condescending.

The idea that our blood type could have an impact on our diet is truly fascinating. It makes one wonder if there is a deeper connection between our biology and the food we consume. D'Adamo's approach to explaining this concept is commendable. By presenting it in a way that is easy for the average person to understand, he has made this complex topic accessible to a wider audience.

Moreover, the fact that he doesn't talk down to the reader is a great plus. He respects the intelligence of his audience and presents the information in a clear and straightforward manner. This makes the book not only informative but also enjoyable to read. Overall, I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is interested in learning more about the relationship between blood type and diet.

~☆~Autumn♥♥☔ recommended:

Autumn is a season that is truly captivating. The world seems to transform before our eyes as the leaves change colors, painting a vivid and beautiful landscape.

The air becomes cooler, carrying a fresh and invigorating breeze. It's a time when nature slows down, preparing for the colder months ahead.

We can enjoy long walks in the park, breathing in the sweet scent of fallen leaves. The golden sunlight filters through the trees, creating a magical atmosphere.

Autumn is also a season of harvest, with an abundance of delicious fruits and vegetables. It's a time to gather with family and friends, sharing a warm meal and creating memories.

Whether it's watching the leaves fall or enjoying a cup of hot cider by the fireplace, autumn has something special to offer everyone.

So, embrace this wonderful season and let its beauty and charm inspire you. ~☆~

Some of the stuff there makes perfect sense.

However, other aspects were just a bit too hard core and overly restrictive.

A few years ago, I made an attempt to follow it for a while.

But to be honest, I didn't really notice any significant difference in either how I felt or how I looked.

They told me that I couldn't eat chicken, which is pretty much the only meat that I like.

Well, now I eat it and still feel just fine.

It seems that sometimes these extreme guidelines might not be as necessary as they are made out to be.

Maybe there are more flexible and practical ways to achieve a healthy lifestyle without having to give up the things that we enjoy so much.

After all, a balanced diet and regular exercise are the keys to a good physical and mental state.

And perhaps we should be more skeptical of some of these overly strict regimens that claim to have all the answers.

My husband is facing some health problems, but unfortunately, he shows no intention of dealing with them.

However, everything changed after I read this amazing book. As I am in charge of preparing all the meals in our family, I decided to make some adjustments to his diet according to his blood type.

The results have been truly remarkable! It's like a whole new world has opened up for him. His energy level has increased, and he seems to be in a much better mood.

Now, I'm extremely excited to make a few changes in my own diet as well. I can't wait to see what kind of positive impact it will have on me. I firmly believe that by following these simple dietary changes, we can both lead healthier and happier lives.

Interesting diet, but it seems a little too restrictive. I have been consuming whole wheat products for over 60 years, and yet, here I still am! The author makes many general comments regarding certain foods that are allegedly almost a poison to one's blood type. However, he fails to support these comments with any scientific study. Just like all other diet theories, this one should also be used sparingly. We should be cautious when it comes to following extreme diet recommendations without proper scientific backing. While some diets may have certain benefits, it is important to approach them with a rational and informed mind. After all, our bodies are complex, and what works for one person may not work for another.

There is an interesting theory regarding eating. Some people advocate that we should all become vegetarians. However, this particular author presents a different观点. According to the author, what truly matters is our blood type. It is a rather unique and thought-provoking idea. I, for one, am still in the process of testing this theory on myself. I am curious to see if there are any significant differences or benefits that might arise from adhering to this blood type-based eating approach. It could potentially open up a whole new way of looking at our dietary choices and their impact on our health and well-being.

I first read this book in 2000. Since then, I have read it frequently. Even now, it serves as a reminder to me of what food suits me and what doesn't.

My blood type is A+, and I made the decision to become a vegetarian 20 years ago. For over 10 years now, I have been following a vegan diet. I have never been on a traditional diet, and I don't consider this book to be in that category either.

I have always been eager to recommend this book to my friends. In fact, I would recommend it to anyone who struggles with losing weight, or even those who don't have that issue but are constantly sick or never feel well, especially after eating.

Why not give it a try? What do you have to lose? After all, you are what you eat. If you don't feel right after consuming certain foods, you shouldn't simply ignore it. This book might just hold the key to understanding your body's unique dietary needs and helping you achieve better health and well-being.

I met a woman in 1998 who gave me this book. She felt that it didn't work for her. At that time, I was determined to lose up to 25 lbs of extra weight to reach my ideal weight. So, she suggested that I give this book a try. I checked my blood type, which was A+. I liked some of the suggestions in the book. However, I have acid reflux, so there were some things that I couldn't or simply refused to eat.

I still have the book packed away somewhere. I plan to revisit it again to see if it can be of any help. But now, I have also come across a cookbook. I am seriously considering using it to see how it works out, as I am really committed to eating healthier overall.

I gave a 5 simply because it is proved to be true by science and my own trial.

At first, when I heard about the blood type diet, I was skeptical. But after reading "Live Right 4 Your Type" and "Eat Right 4 Your Type" books and starting to follow the blood type O diet, I experienced tremendous positive outcomes!

I am a scientist myself and won't believe anything until it's proven. As a biologist, neuroscientist, and future physician, reading this book with its biological and factual explanations really confirmed what we've already learned in school and more.

Blood type is indeed a missing link, as Dr. D'Adamo said. In medicine, for blood transfusions or even basic medical care, blood type is very crucial. So, it makes scientific sense that different foods should react differently to each individual according to their genetic background.

I'm a healthy individual myself. I work out 4 - 5 times a week, an hour a day, and eat right: meat, fish, vegetables, rice, dairy, and grains. I used to eat lots of grains with my yogurt, thinking it was healthy. But I was always bloated. I love working out, but my stomach was always bloated, which didn't make sense to me at the time, since I did intense abs workouts and 30 minutes of cardio.

Now I know that type O is a meat eater, and grains and wheat are not good for me. So, I tried the non - grain, non - wheat diet, and BAM! I have a flat stomach and the abs I've been working on are now showing! Moreover, I feel so much more energetic and bright! Thank you, Dr. D'Adamo! Highly recommend!
