Great Premise and Historic

I have a deep love for naturopathic ideologies that advocate using one's own body to heal itself. It's truly a remarkable concept. However, when it comes to this book, there is a slight drawback. The stories about people who had tried the author's recommendations and achieved success seemed a bit contrived to me. I much preferred the author's voice when he wasn't relying solely on anecdotal evidence. It would have been more convincing if there had been some scientific research or case studies to back up his claims. Nevertheless, the overall premise of the book is still very interesting and holds great potential. I just hope that in future editions, the author can provide more substantial evidence to support his ideas.

Overall, despite this minor flaw, I still believe that the naturopathic approach has a lot to offer in the field of health and wellness.

I was greatly relieved when this book was referred to me by a friend. At that time, I was suffering from a very severe pain in my stomach. I was extremely worried as cancer runs in my family, and I feared that it might be the case for me too. However, when I read this book regarding type Os, I discovered that wheat was one of the many avoidable foods.

Before reading this book, I had been on a high wheat diet for years, consuming whole wheat cereals, wheat bread, and crackers regularly. But after I stopped having these wheat products, within two weeks, the pain miraculously went away. It only returned when I ate an excessive amount of wheat.

The truth is that I still consume wheat, but not as frequently as before, and I now choose unbleached options.

Ironically, my son is allergic to wheat, which makes it even more important for me to be cautious about my wheat intake and to understand the potential effects it can have on our bodies. This experience has truly opened my eyes to the significance of being aware of the foods we consume and how they can impact our health.

It is truly very interesting. I have made a plan to give eating according to my blood type a try to observe how it might enhance my health.

Thankfully, all four of my kids share the same blood type as mine. This means that if this dietary approach proves beneficial for me, it could potentially help us all.

I am quite excited to embark on this new journey of exploring the relationship between blood type and diet. I wonder what kind of changes I might notice in my overall well-being.

Perhaps this could be a new and effective way to boost our health and lead a more balanced life. I will keep a close eye on the results and see where this adventure takes us.

My Blood Type: A+

Blood type is an important characteristic of our bodies. In my case, I have the A+ blood type. People with A+ blood have certain unique qualities. For example, they are often considered to be more organized and detail-oriented. They may have a stronger sense of responsibility and be more likely to follow rules. However, like all blood types, A+ also has its own set of advantages and disadvantages.

One advantage of having A+ blood is that it is relatively common, which means that in case of a blood transfusion, it is easier to find a matching donor. On the other hand, some studies have suggested that people with A+ blood may be more prone to certain diseases, such as heart disease and cancer.

Despite these potential risks, having A+ blood does not mean that I am doomed to develop these diseases. By maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including a balanced diet, regular exercise, and not smoking, I can reduce my risk of developing many chronic diseases. In conclusion, my A+ blood type is just one aspect of who I am, and I will do my best to take care of my health and live a fulfilling life.

Fascinating so far! It is very logical indeed.

We shall see how it fares though in the practical application of the author's formulas.

I am type O, and thus we shall see what is in store for me.

This whole concept seems quite interesting and holds a certain allure.

The idea of seeing how these formulas play out in real life is both exciting and somewhat nerve-wracking.

Will they prove to be as accurate and useful as they seem on paper?

Only time will tell, but for now, I remain intrigued and eager to discover what awaits.

As I am type O, I wonder if there are specific implications or outcomes that are unique to my blood type.

Perhaps this will shed some light on certain aspects of my life that I have yet to fully understand.

It's all a bit of a mystery at the moment, but one that I'm looking forward to解开.

A naturopath who has been of great help to me recommended that I follow this diet plan, which is based on my blood type.

At first, I was extremely skeptical. However, I then realized that she has been practicing for 25 years and has witnessed a great deal of success with this diet.

As I delved into reading the book, I had to concede that it indeed does assist in explaining why one particular way of eating appears to make one person healthy while being completely ineffective for others.

Consequently, I have decided to give this diet a try. I am curious to see if it will have a positive impact on my health and well-being.

I understand that it may require some adjustments and discipline, but I am willing to make the effort.

Hopefully, this diet will prove to be beneficial and help me achieve a higher level of health.

OMG... It's just so stupid.

To think that there are actually many people who are following what this quack is telling them.

One type of diet it promotes is that people are supposed to eat only road kill.

Can you believe it? This book is truly a huge waste of your precious time.

However, on the bright side, it will definitely make you laugh out loud though.

It's almost unbelievable that such absurd ideas could be put forward and even have some people believing in them.

But hey, at least it provides some entertainment value with its ridiculousness.

Maybe we should just look at it as a source of amusement rather than taking it seriously.

After all, who in their right mind would actually consider eating road kill as a legitimate diet option?

It's just one of those things that makes you shake your head and wonder about the strange beliefs that some people can have.

This book has truly transformed my life.

As a means to attempt to shed pounds, I am putting its strategy into practice and abandoning numerous foods that I adore but which hinder weight loss for those with type B blood like me: corn, chicken, tomatoes, lobster, shrimp, clams, crab, and anything containing wheat.

The book posits that, regardless of your blood type, there are specific foods that are highly advantageous for digestion, some that are neutral, and others that are toxic.

I am left with most fruits, vegetables, white fish, and dairy products as being beneficial for me.

Two weeks into the plan, I am feeling great.

The only snag with the book is that many of the foods that are good for people (such as in my case, lamb, rabbit, venison, mackerel, sturgeon) are not precisely stocked in the grocery shelves.

Moreover, even health food stores do not carry many of the recommended beneficial cereals, breads, grains, pasta, and spices.

This makes it somewhat challenging to strictly adhere to the diet plan as outlined in the book.

However, I am determined to make the best of the available options and continue on this path of healthy eating and weight loss.

Despite the difficulties, I believe that the long-term benefits will be well worth the effort.

The information presented in this book was truly excellent.

However, I had a certain dissatisfaction with the way they formatted the tables.

Their current formatting style didn't quite appeal to me.

In contrast, I have a much stronger preference for the approach taken in previous books.

In those previous works, there were introductory chapters that provided a solid foundation and context.

Subsequently, the information was neatly sorted by blood type, which made it extremely convenient for readers to access and understand.

This more organized and intuitive format enhanced the overall reading experience and made it easier to absorb the valuable content.

Unfortunately, this book's table formatting failed to meet my expectations in this regard.

I have been reading bits and pieces of this book as it was recommended to me. Interestingly, many of the foods that are discouraged for my blood type are actually those that I already knew bothered me. Previously, I had tried another diet which did help me lose weight, but unfortunately, it didn't have any impact on lowering my cholesterol. So, I thought perhaps this diet might be the answer to that problem.

However, I have always been skeptical about the history of the blood types as explained in the book. And finally, I had the time to research the whole lectin idea. According to the book, certain foods cause cell clumping in people based on their blood types. But when I reached this section of the book, it really bothered me that the author claimed that the general public would not be able to replicate his seemingly simple tests on food lectins with blood or accurately read the results of such tests if they tried. This seems rather suspicious to me. Why would Mr. D'Adamo be the only one able to see something that no one else could? I've been reading as many articles as I could find on this topic, and it appears that no other dietitians or scientists have been able to replicate his research either.

So, I have decided to wrap up reading the book. I give it 3 stars because I haven't read the whole book nor have I even tried the diet. It doesn't seem fair to rate it too low. Nevertheless, I have taken from it the encouragement to eat a more varied diet. To some extent, following my recommended food list has led me to eat some foods that I don't usually consume.

I believe that a balanced and diverse diet is essential for good health, regardless of what specific diet plan one follows. While I remain skeptical about the claims made in this book, I will continue to explore different ways to improve my diet and overall well-being.

Fascinating insights into lectins and their profound impact on the body, which is intricately linked to blood type. This connection leads to diverse immune responses and disease processes. It truly resonated with my personal experiences. I'm intrigued to explore how I would feel by adhering to these general guidelines. It's important to note that this isn't about pigeonholing people but rather providing a valuable framework to navigate various health issues. Understanding the role of lectins based on blood type can potentially offer a new perspective on maintaining optimal health. By being aware of these factors, we can make more informed choices about our diet and lifestyle, potentially reducing the risk of certain diseases and enhancing our overall well-being. It's an exciting area of research that holds great promise for improving our understanding of the complex relationship between our bodies and the foods we consume.
