Dr. Seuss, the rhyme Master! ^_^

This is such a wonderful book. I like how it is a really good book for young children beginning to read, and it teaches you about different colors as well as being very expressive and visual. But, the story also in a sense, tells you about life, and how important reading is to your personal growth. Through reading, you can learn anything that you want to learn, and become anything that you want to become. Reading is that special tool that will lead you through life.

The book is also good to teach you about the importance of good eye sight, and being able to see the beauty around you. It has so many wonderful meanings. The illustrations are funny and expressive, which keeps you interested all the way to the last page.

In honor of Dr. Seuss' birthday, I decided to pick a book by him. Regardless of the passage of time, his books are classic and timeless. I am well over the age this book is recommended for but I love it anyways. The message hits home for me. Reading is such a big part of my life and Dr. Seuss' words describe the joy of reading in a most accurate way. While short, the book has whimsy and fun, its colorful and puts a big smile on my face. I do not think there will ever be a time when I will tire of reading his work.

Y yo lo ame, es mi favorito de Dr. Seuss, el mensaje es simple, divertido y muy muy importante, ya que es referente a todo lo positivo de la lectura.

Este libro es increíble para leerle a niños de segundo o tercer grado de primaria, siempre y cuando no sólo se les muestren las imágenes sino también que se interactue dentro del margen que el mismo permite.

Entre más se "actue" con el libro, más lo disfrutan los pequeños.

Dr. Seuss is always entertaining and the characters and imagery in his books are really great. This book was good and I got from it a cometary about learning and ignorance. The part where his eye brows get all red and his hat doesn't work when he reads with his eyes shut was showing how learning with a closed mind will only made one made and it's more than just memorizing. He writes about the different things that can come from learning like money and fun. The book talks about many different things and shows the diversity of learning but highlights how keeping and open mind will help with learning and being able to go places. I think places in this context also is places in one's own mind by expanding undertanding and learning.

Dr. Seuss has always been a an author who style of writing is used in the form of rhyming which, I love as a kid I would try to read them as fast as I can but, would have to start over due to the rhyming. Being a children beginners book having less words and more colorful pictures helps the child understand what's being read. In this book, there's a message on how important reading on how we gain more knowledge as well, having so many many options of books we can read and enjoy. I think the title " I can read with my eyes shut" refers to how if you read a book multiple times there's a chance you can memorize the entire book. remember it's IMPORTANT TO READ!.

I've never read Dr Seuss when I was younger. This is me being curious and the library has a lot of 'em in the children's section. Apparently it has a lot of rhymes. Pretty sure imma read all of 'em soon-ish

Spanish read for homeschooling.

This was MY first Dr. Seuss in Spanish and it is very different than reading it in English. In English I feel funny and silly but in Spanish it didn’t have the same vibe. But we really enjoyed it.

Dr. Seuss always has important topics in an easy kid tone.
