Diana and Shaaron take you on a journey to what it would have been like living in the time Golden Atlantis. This book is filled with many helpful exercises and information. The picture they paint is beautiful. They do explain where things started to deteriorate and how the fall occurred. I really enjoyed this book and valued all the information about how to raise our energy and work our lives towards a lighter more peaceful way.
