A nice and some what in depth in so far as the many vehicles covered goes over view of the US and Commonwealth AFVs used and developed during the Second World War.The body of text is direct and at times dry making this book at times more a technical read. Good photos and technical data attached to all of the vehicles though I feel that schematics or colour plates illustrating many of these AFVs would really have enhanced this book.A solid read for any one who wants a general idea on the famous and less than famous 'tanks' used by the Anglosphere.80 %
