thought theses were great books especially since i love the Harry Potter series, it just brought the story to life, it felt like i was really a student reading about the different magical beasts and all about quidditch! it's a great addition to the Harry Potter books!!
These 2 books look like real schoolbooks. Ron and Harry have written and drawn in them. The books are "non-fiction" fiction books. The books describe all sorts of magical plants and creatures that you can find in the world of Harry Potter.
Quidditch: Way better than I expected. Her imagination astounds me. It even made me laugh.
Go Ballycastle Bats! Or.. Go Holyhead Harpies!! Or... Go Fitchburg Finches!!!
I can’t decide. But not Sweetwater All-Stars. Because even though I live in Texas. I don’t like this state.
Beasts: So cute. The audiobook is narrated by the very sexy Eddie Redmayne. His accent is pleasant for this American to listen to, because Brits sometimes are hard for me to decipher. I just bought the Kindle in Motion version of this book, so I'll have to re-read it and review that edition:)
I’ve had this since I was 7 years old and still have it to this day and it’s still in peak condition and will continue to have it until I give it to my kids or my nieces or nephews.
Not so much for Quidditch Through Ages, though I love the sport because the terms were getting too technical and I couldn't follow it (maybe because I read it when I was still young and didn't understand a lot of words) but Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them was simply amazing. It was an easy read and I enjoyed imagining each description of the beasts as though they were real. J.K Rowling's craft will never stop making you imagine.
