Re-read 'Philosopher's Stone' and immediately had to go through these two books. Brought back nice memories and the Fantastic Beasts book was a hoot to go through now that I've seen the movie. Might have to check out the actual Fantastic Beasts book she wrote for the movie.

I always wanted to see some of the text books that were used in the Harry Potter series, and was glad when they made these. If for no other reason, it allows fans of the series to feel like they are a step closer to having their acceptance letter to Hogwarts.

Two fun books if you like to know more details in the world of HP. Not great writing, just fun. Now where's that Encyclopedia we've heard rumors of?
