Reading these smart thoughts from Paulo Coelho's midnight braindumps, I remembered that some of the brightest literates of today will be forgotten in just a few years. What a relief.

I'm hesitant about leaving this one next to the toilet, in case someone actually mistakes it for reading material.

•يشعر محاربو الضوء قبل خوض المعركة بالخوف..
اقدم محاربو الضوء على الكذب..وعلى خيانة شخص ما..في فترة ما من ماضيه..

كتاب لامس كثيرا من قلبي..

I wanted to give this book 2 stars but then I eased up bc it literally says that it’s a manual, so you should know what to expect when choosing it. It had some proverbs that were nice but also some of which that were contradicting. Coehlo touches on that in the epilogue stating that “ [the warrior] will know which strategy to use when he needs it. A warrior does not try to be coherent; he has learned to live with his contradictions” There were some maxim’s that resonated with me which I liked. I recently got his 10 book classic collection box and had to get this one out the way. If you were looking for a book like this anyway, you’d enjoy it. It’s similar to the prophet which I didn’t like but many do. I like that it wasn’t hard to get through at all.

قرأت النسختين؛ الإنجليزية قبل 3 سنوات وكانت الأجمل والأعمق
والعربية مؤخرًا وكانت أقل جمالًا، أوردت منها الاقتباس أعلاه

Not something to pay money for. Coelho tries to be a philosopher, but fails miserably. Boring, pointless, simplistic book.

هذا الكتاب الذي في كل مرة أفتح على صفحة منه بتلقائية ، فأجد فيها الإجابة على ما أعايشه في اللحظة ذاتها من مصاعب وتحديات .. علاقتي معه غريبة جداً !

if other readers choose "rich dad poor dad" or "the secret" as their book bible, i prefer to drift away with "the warrior of light"

paulo coelho writes the philosophy of warrior of light for the ones who appreciate the miracle of being alive and to guide each soul to embark to their own destiny.

I read this in German. This book could be called 'Do the the right thing'. Going through an exhaustive work period, this was really great read, a few pages in the evening to remember the BIG Picture, and stay motivated. Of course, there is the question of faith and belief in the text, but one can leave this aside, and concentrate on the other stuff, as ignore the gossipers, keep your goal in mind, remember to be grateful, do the right thing, stand tall for your truth, etc etc. Not a bad book for Covid-times, either!

This is a great book full of encouragement and wisdom. I love each story that was given; they make you evaluate yourself to be a better persona, not just for yourself but for others.
