Another book about cats

Recently, I picked up a book about cats. As I started reading it, I didn't initially realize that this was actually the third book in a series. Oh well, such things happen.

The book, like many others in this genre, was very short and extremely easy to read. It was filled with charming illustrations and engaging stories about different cats and their antics.

Even though I missed out on the first two books in the series, I still found this one quite enjoyable. It was a light and entertaining read that provided a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Overall, I would recommend this book to anyone who loves cats or is looking for a quick and easy read to pass the time.

A rather unbelievable story indeed. It claims that selective mutism can be cured just by telling people to talk. But wait, there's more. It also involves cats with wings. Now, these cats with wings are so wobbly that it's a real "what it is noise".

The idea of curing a complex disorder like selective mutism in such a simple way seems far-fetched. And the image of cats with wings, fluttering around all wobbly, adds an element of the absurd to the whole tale.

Yet, in a strange way, it has a certain charm. Maybe it's the combination of the unlikely and the comical that makes it somewhat captivating. CATS WITH WINGS CATS WITH WINGS. It's a phrase that keeps repeating, almost like a mantra, emphasizing the strangeness of this whole story.

STAHP! This was so wholesome. It was definitely my fave book in the series. I just couldn't put it down. The story was engaging from start to finish, and the characters were so well-developed. I felt like I was part of their world. The author did an amazing job of creating a believable and heartwarming story. I loved how the relationships between the characters evolved and how they supported each other through thick and thin. It was truly a beautiful read. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who loves a good wholesome story. It's one that you'll cherish for a long time.

He is amazing! And like every good cat, he knows it!

It is a very beautiful story about opening our hearts to our friends so that we can accept help. No one lets go of anyone's paw!

This story shows us the importance of friendship and mutual support. When we are in trouble, our friends are always there for us, ready to offer a helping hand. Just like this amazing cat, who understands the value of true friendship. We should also learn from him and be more open and kind to our friends. Let's not be afraid to ask for help when we need it, and let's always be there for our friends when they need us. After all, friendship is one of the most precious things in life.

I do not think stepping on someone’s tail is a good precedent for kids to get someone to open up to them. Lol, but I understand the message of talking to someone.

The art in this is really pretty! It catches the eye and adds a nice touch to the story.

The first half of it is basically the plot that you can find in every kids' cat book ever. Lool, it's kind of a familiar pattern. But still, it has its charm and can engage the young readers.

Maybe there could be some more unique elements added to make it stand out even more. Overall, it's an interesting piece that has the potential to be really great with a few tweaks here and there.

I'm curious to see how it develops further and what other adventures the characters will have.

Finally, I was able to finish the Catwings series with my kids.

It all started when my son received this particular book for Christmas.

They have truly fallen in love with these books, and I must admit, I do too.

This specific installment in the series deals wonderfully with the themes of trauma and healing.

The story takes the readers on a journey where the characters face various challenges and difficulties, which can be seen as a form of trauma.

However, through their experiences and the support of each other, they gradually find ways to heal and move forward.

It's a beautiful and touching narrative that not only entertains but also teaches important life lessons.

The author has done an excellent job of presenting these complex themes in a way that is accessible and understandable for children.

Overall, the Catwings series is a must-read for both kids and adults alike.

Alexander, the orange cat with the personality of an orange cat: vain, self-sufficient, impulsive, trigger-happy, messy, overbearing, adventurous.

He is the coziest one in the series so far. There are many heartwarming images (kittens sleeping together, snow, nature in different seasons). Although it is for a good cause, we almost have the birth of a villain at the end - but everything is resolved in the end!

"Animal fiction" is one of my obsessions this year! I just love reading stories about animals and their unique personalities and adventures. Alexander's story is no exception. It's full of excitement, drama, and of course, lots of cute cat moments. I can't wait to see what other adventures he gets into in the future.

I highly recommend this series to anyone who loves animals or just enjoys a good story. It's sure to warm your heart and make you smile.

This is the third book in the series about kittens with wings.

My 8-year-old son truly relished it.

The book is concise, charming, and endearing.

It tells the adventures of these adorable winged kittens in a simple and engaging way.

The illustrations are vivid and bring the story to life.

My son couldn't put it down and kept asking for more.

It's a great book for young readers who love animals and fantasy.

The short length makes it perfect for a quick bedtime story or for kids who are just starting to read chapter books.

The sweet and heartwarming nature of the story will surely capture the hearts of both children and adults alike.

I highly recommend this book to anyone looking for a fun and enjoyable read for their little ones.

This is an incredibly adorable book that delves into the theme of going out into the vast world and having exciting new experiences as well as making new acquaintances!

Interestingly, I was quite surprised to discover that it is actually the third book in a series. However, it is truly remarkable that it can be read independently without any issues.

The only minor criticism I have is, yet again, the portrayal of humans wanting to feed milk to the cats. It is not clearly specified what kind of milk it is, but I sincerely hope it is kitten milk. This is because cow milk is extremely bad for cats, and I really struggle to understand why this has become such a persistent and perhaps inaccurate trope.

Overall, this book is highly recommended for all cat lovers out there! Without a doubt, it has become my absolute favourite Le Guin title (at least until I manage to find the rest of the series)!

My review of the second book is included here.

I had expected there to be more dialogue that would be effective in persuading the newest kitten to emerge from its hiding place. Additionally, I was hoping for some exploration of the kitten's psychology.

Well, I was pleasantly surprised to find that these elements were present in this book. Without giving away any spoilers, if you were concerned about Jane, you absolutely must read this installment to find out how she is faring.

The author has done a great job of delving deeper into the characters and their relationships, making this book a truly engaging read.

Whether you are a fan of the series or new to it, this second book is definitely worth checking out.

Aww :)

This simple expression "Aww :)" holds a world of emotions. It can convey a sense of tenderness, cuteness, or even a touch of nostalgia.

When we see something adorable, like a fluffy kitten or a smiling baby, we might情不自禁地 utter "Aww :)" to express our delight. It's a way to show that we are charmed by the sight.

Sometimes, "Aww :)" can also be used to express a bit of sadness or longing. For example, when we remember a happy moment from the past, we might say "Aww :)" with a hint of nostalgia.

In conclusion, "Aww :)" is a versatile expression that can convey a wide range of emotions. It's a small but powerful way to connect with others and share our feelings.

The story of Little Jane's struggle with talking and the role of Alexander in trying to help her unfolds in a simple yet engaging way. It shows the vulnerability and challenges that a character like Little Jane might face.
