I saw this book at the library and was immediately reminded of my childhood. It brought back a flood of memories and a strong sense of nostalgia. Rereading it was like taking a trip down memory lane. I cannot believe she wrote these. They were my favorite series in 2nd grade.

I did a second read, this time in audio format. I discovered these books on Libby through one of my libraries, as I remembered to search for them.

The illustrations in the books are extremely lovely. Moreover, the audiobook is also fantastic because it is read by Le Guin herself.

The book has a cozy and cute atmosphere, and there is a hint of danger as well. It is presented in Le Guin's signature style.

I really wish she had written more children's books.

It would be wonderful to have more of her works in this genre to enjoy.
