Not that good.

The performance or result was not up to the expected standard. It didn't meet the level of excellence or satisfaction that one might have hoped for. There were certain aspects that could have been improved or enhanced.

Perhaps there were some flaws or不足之处 in the execution. Maybe the process wasn't as efficient as it could have been, or there were some mistakes or oversights along the way.

Total time spent: 48min.

This indicates the amount of time that was dedicated to the task or activity. However, despite the time invested, the outcome was not as favorable as one would have liked.

It's important to analyze the situation, identify the areas for improvement, and take appropriate measures to enhance future performance. By learning from this experience, one can strive to achieve better results in the future.

Although this collection wasn't one of his greatest, it was twisted as usual.

It had a certain charm that was unique to his style. The pieces seemed to tell stories that were both strange and captivating.

Each item in the collection had been carefully crafted, with attention to detail that was remarkable.

The colors used were bold and vibrant, adding to the overall sense of eccentricity.

Despite not being his best work, this collection still managed to draw in viewers and spark their curiosity.

It was a testament to his creativity and willingness to take risks in his art.

Perhaps with time, this collection would come to be regarded as a hidden gem among his body of work.

Only time would tell if it would gain the recognition it deserved.

Meh. It didn't traumatize me like Uzumaki did.

Uzumaki was truly a terrifying experience. The strange and twisted patterns, the ever-present sense of dread, it all had a profound impact on me.

But this thing, whatever it is, just didn't have the same effect. Maybe it was too tame, too ordinary.

Sure, it had its moments, but they were fleeting. It didn't linger in my mind, didn't keep me up at night.

In the end, it was just another forgettable encounter. I'm sure there will be other things that will come along and have a greater impact on me, but for now, this one just didn't cut it.

This manga presents 6 distinct stories that are not interconnected.

The horror it offers is not the typical kind involving ghosts or monsters. Instead, it delves into the psychological realm, giving off a surreal atmosphere.

Each chapter is bound to be filled with disturbing and uncanny horror, and you'll likely never be able to predict what a chapter will hold as it's so unconventional.

This is the first collection in the series with diverse stories, and it's understandable that it may not be perfect.

The plot of some chapters feels平淡 as they focus solely on the horror, which also affects the characters' personalities.

I can't bring myself to care much about what happens to any of the characters since each chapter is standalone and they don't have time to develop.

My favorite aspect is the art. It's难以置信 that a person can conceive and draw such creatures.

They don't waste manga panels with pointless art. I plan to read all the collections because of one panel from volume 10, which alone speaks volumes about the quality of the art.

So far, I've been enjoying every moment of reading this series. I'm not brave enough to watch a horror movie alone, so this kind of bite-sized horror thrill is sufficient for me.

There's no long-winded story, just pure horror.

So far, this is the best work by Junji Ito that I have ever read.

It is truly an underrated masterpiece. In fact, it is even scarier than Uzumaki or Tomie.

The details and atmosphere that Ito creates in this work are simply breathtaking. The way he weaves together the story and the art is truly a work of genius.

Every page is filled with tension and horror, and it is impossible to put the book down once you start reading.

If you are a fan of horror and Junji Ito, then this work is an absolute must-read. It will leave you on the edge of your seat and keep you up at night with its terrifying images and story.

Don't miss out on this amazing work of horror.

The last two stories are going to haunt me for a while.

They are very reminiscent of Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark by Alvin Schwartz.

The way these stories are presented is quite unique.

It's not just the words that create an eerie atmosphere, but also the pictures.

The pictures seem to have a life of their own and stick with you more than the stories themselves.

They add an extra layer of creepiness to the already spooky tales.

Even after reading the stories, the images keep popping up in my mind, sending shivers down my spine.

I can't help but think about them whenever I'm in a quiet or dark place.

These stories and pictures have truly left a lasting impression on me.

I'm sure they will continue to haunt me for a long time to come.

Some of the items received 3 stars, while others got 4 stars. However, when it comes to the flesh-colored horror itself, it is an absolute 5/5. This particular item stands out from the rest with its unique and terrifying qualities.

It has a certain allure that draws people in, despite its disturbing nature. The details and craftsmanship of this flesh-colored horror are truly remarkable, making it a standout piece.

Whether it's for collectors or those with a penchant for the macabre, this item is sure to make a lasting impression. Its 5-star rating is well-deserved and it will likely remain a favorite among enthusiasts for years to come.

The story of "Headless sculptures" is truly an eerie one.

Imagine coming across a collection of sculptures, each one missing its head. It's a sight that immediately sends shivers down your spine.

The absence of the heads gives the sculptures an otherworldly and mysterious appearance.

One can't help but wonder what the original intention was behind creating such headless figures.

Was it a deliberate artistic choice to convey a sense of mystery or perhaps a symbol of something deeper?

The very thought of these headless sculptures is enough to make your skin crawl.

It's a strange and unsettling phenomenon that leaves a lasting impression on anyone who encounters it.

Ew indeed!

Junji Ito really saved the day. Lol.

Whenever I'm in the office, this copy is hidden and I secretly read it, and maybe OM will see it

Las historias no dan tanto miedo aquí. This place seems to have a certain charm that makes the stories lose some of their terrifying aspects. Maybe it's the warm and inviting atmosphere, or perhaps it's the sense of security that one feels when being here. The tales that are told, although they might have elements of spookiness, don't seem to have the same impact as they would in other, more foreboding locations.

Here, the stories are almost like a form of entertainment, a way to pass the time and engage the imagination. People listen with interest, but not with the same level of fear that they might experience elsewhere. It's as if the place itself has a calming effect on the mind, making it easier to handle the more惊悚的 elements of the stories.

Whether it's a ghost story around a campfire or a tale of mystery and horror shared among friends, the fear factor is somehow diminished in this particular place. And that's what makes it so unique and special. Las historias no dan tanto miedo aquí, and that's just the way it should be.

The Long Hair in the Attic: ⭐️⭐️⭐️. It's quite an interesting situation. Good for her having such long hair, but it's also a bit strange.

Approval: ⭐️⭐️⭐️. I really didn't expect this kind of approval. It came as a surprise.

Beehive: ⭐️⭐️⭐️. This beehive is so weird. It's like something out of a strange dream.

Dying Young: ⭐️⭐️. Meh, it's just okay. There's nothing really special about it.

Headless Sculptures: ⭐️⭐️⭐️. This one I actually did anticipate. It seems like a common theme in some horror stories.

Flesh-Colored Horror: ⭐️⭐️⭐️. Jesus Christ

After realizing that all other horror comics are subpar, I am condemned to roam the Ito corridors, seeking that Amigara Fault-level fix.

"The Long Hair in the Attic" (4/5): It's like turning a big dial labeled "Junji Ito" and constantly glancing back at the audience for approval, much like a contestant on "The Price Is Right."

"Approval" (3/5): While most horror stories are fables, this one could truly benefit from some additional steps.

"Beehive" (4/5): Look, if your thing is going to be collecting dozens of beehives, you should anticipate something like this to occur eventually.

"Dying Young" (2/5): It meanders a great deal and then concludes just as it's about to get interesting. The character design is bizarre, and not in a good way.

"Headless Sculpture" (5/5): It's an absolute blast, with a one-page body horror panel that's remarkable even for Ito.

"Flesh Colored Horror" (5/5): A solid five, but goodness, the directions this takes. My word.
