Gdl con Edicola & Libreria: le nostre passioni...

We are passionate about many things here at Gdl con Edicola & Libreria. Our love for books and stationery runs deep. We strive to offer a wide selection of items that will appeal to all kinds of customers. Whether you're looking for the latest bestseller or a unique notebook, we've got you covered.

However, when it comes to this particular series, I have to admit that my opinion is a bit mixed. I started off quite enjoying it, but as I got closer to the finale, I found this part of the series to be rather slow. It felt like the story was dragging on and not much was happening. I was hoping for more excitement and action, but unfortunately, it didn't quite deliver.

Overall, I would rate this part of the series 4 stars, but with a bit of a caveat. It's not a bad read by any means, but it could have been better. I'm still looking forward to seeing how the series concludes, and I hope that the final installment will be more engaging and satisfying.

This is probably the most middle-of-the-road volume so far.

It doesn't really stand out in any particular way, but it also doesn't have any major flaws.

However, I do like the new character that has been introduced.

They bring a fresh perspective and add an interesting dynamic to the story.

Their personality and backstory are engaging, and I'm looking forward to seeing how they develop throughout the rest of the series.

Overall, while this volume may not be the most exciting or groundbreaking, it still has its redeeming qualities, especially with the addition of the new character.

I'll definitely be continuing to read to see what happens next.

Bro light has gone drastic. It's truly a remarkable transformation. It seems that overnight, the way we perceive and experience this light has changed completely. No longer is it the ordinary, unassuming glow it once was. Now, it has taken on a new intensity, a new power. It shines brighter than ever before, captivating our attention and leaving us in awe.

Perhaps this drastic change in bro light is a sign of something greater. Maybe it represents a shift in our lives, a new beginning. It could be that this intense light is guiding us towards a new path, a path filled with excitement and possibility.

Whatever the reason may be, one thing is for sure - bro light has gone drastic, and it's here to stay. We can only embrace this change and see where it takes us. Let the bright light of bro shine upon us and lead us to a future full of wonder and amazement.

The story is becoming too stagnant... and the conclusions of near are absolutely unfounded, rather than being supported by certain evidence as in the case of elle. This lack of solid foundation makes the narrative seem weak and unconvincing. It is essential that the storyteller provides more substantial proof or reasoning to back up the claims made by near. Without this, the readers may struggle to engage with the story and may even lose interest altogether. Additionally, the comparison with elle highlights the importance of having a well-supported argument. Elle's conclusions are based on evidence, which gives them more credibility and makes the story more engaging. To improve the story, the author should consider reevaluating near's conclusions and adding more evidence to support them. This will not only make the story more interesting but also more believable.

Okay, wow. This volume truly took me a considerable amount of time to get through.

It is extremely dialogue heavy, and in this series, that's not something new. However, it just took me far longer than I initially anticipated.

To begin with, I must express how much I despise the way Light views women. Honestly, the overall portrayal of women in this series is far from great. As a woman myself, it's disheartening to see so many similar female characters with such poor thinking processes and personalities. I do understand that some of the traits depicted in these women can be found in many girls worldwide, but I've never come across women who are so desperate for a man's love that they give up their passion just to satisfy him. The scene in the previous volume with Misa and Light made me so annoyed that I was gritting my teeth. And then he玩弄另一个女人的感情 just to get what he wants. I adored Penbar's fiance (or was it his wife?) from the first few volumes of the series, and even the chick in the SPK is cool. But characters like Misa make me want to tear my hair out.

If you've made it all the way here, thank you for enduring my rant. Of course, the plot in this volume is still going strong, and the author continues to discover ways to keep the story fresh enough to keep the readers engaged. Overall, I think I like it.

When the second L, Light Yagami, is suspected to be Kira by Near, a tense situation unfolds.

Light, in a calculated move, transfers his death note to one of his true believers, Nikami. Nikami, who works in the place of Kira, holds Kira in the highest regard and considers him as his God.

To further his plan, Light appoints OKAMI as a spokesperson of Kira. Interestingly, OKAMI was once Light's girlfriend during his university days. This strategic choice not only adds a layer of complexity to the situation but also makes it more difficult for Near and the authorities to uncover the truth.

With the death note in Nikami's possession and OKAMI acting as the spokesperson, Light hopes to continue his reign as Kira undetected. However, Near is determined to expose the real Kira and bring an end to the killing spree. The stage is set for a thrilling showdown between the two brilliant minds.

Near, duuuude !!!

You know what's really cool? When something is near. It's like that moment when you're looking for something and suddenly it's right there in front of you. It gives you this sense of excitement and relief. Maybe it's a place you've been longing to visit and you finally get close to it. Or it could be a person you really like and they come near you. It makes your heart race a little. Nearness can also create a feeling of connection. When things or people are near, you can interact with them more easily. You can touch, smell, and experience them in a more immediate way. It's like a magical moment that makes life a whole lot more interesting. So, next time you notice something or someone near, take a moment to appreciate it. Duuuude!!!

The first few chapters give the impression of being similar to the slump that the series experienced in volume 5.

However, as it starts to focus more on the cult-centered aspect of Kira's support, it recaptures the excitement that one gets from volume 2.

Tsugumi Ohba is renowned as a proficient thriller writer. Nevertheless, to many, his portrayal of women in his works is regarded as misogynistic.

In his later Bakuman series, it is a bit more targeted, but in this specific volume, it is far more subtle and concealed by a handsome cult leader with a questionable world view.

Moreover, there might be some in-universe explanation for Near playing with toys, but frankly, I believe Takeshi Obata perhaps just has a passion for drawing toys, which I find utterly adorable.

Overall, this volume has its strengths and weaknesses, but it still manages to engage the reader and keep them on the edge of their seat.

**Death Note, Vol. 10: Deletion (Death Note, #10) by Tsugumi Ohba**

This volume of Death Note continues the intense and thrilling story. Teru Mikami, a devout worshipper of Kira, obtains a Death Note. Meanwhile, Light's former girlfriend, Kiyomi Takada, a TV anchor, becomes Kira's spokesperson and reconnects with Light. Light reveals his true identity to her and Mikami to enlist their cooperation. Mikami acts as the Hand of Kira to divert suspicion away from Light.

The story of Death Note began when Light Yagami, a brilliant teenager, accidentally found a notebook with the words "Death Note" written on it. The notebook stated that if a person's name was written in it and the writer visualized the person's face, that person would die of a heart attack after 40 seconds. Light decides to use the notebook to rid the world of evil and create his utopia, which he calls the "New World Order." People start to call him Kira.
The main characters in the story include Light Yagami (Kira), a highly intelligent and ambitious young man; L, the world's greatest detective, who is determined to catch Kira; Misa Amane, a model who is obsessively in love with Kira and has her own Death Note and Shinigami eyes; Ryuk, the Shinigami who drops the Death Note into the human world out of boredom; Rem, the Shinigami who gives her Death Note to Misa; and Near (N), L's childhood friend who takes on the task of catching Kira after L's death.
The rules of the Death Note, written in English by Ryuk, state that the notebook can only be used to kill humans, and that the user must see the person's face when writing their name. The story is filled with twists and turns as the characters try to outwit each other and uncover the truth behind Kira's identity.

Since Volume 7 or 8, my fondness for this series has started to wane, and the reasons are especially blatant in this volume: a roster of unappealing characters, convoluted storylines, and a lack of depth. Spoilers ahead.

Even though the characters were either ineffective (Matsuda, Sochiro Yagami), evil (Light, L arguably, Mello), or rather silly (Miss), you could always understand their perspectives and empathize. Insights were lucidly explained and comprehensible, motives transparent. You were impressed by L's deductions, and Light's countermeasures were logical, albeit somewhat unrealistic (but within the bounds of acceptable suspension of disbelief). You couldn't help but like Matsuda and Mogi's attempts to contribute, even though they were clearly out of their element. Even Mello's efforts were logical, if brutal. Sadly, all that has come to an end.

Near's conclusion that Light is Kira has yet to be even remotely supported by a scintilla of evidence. At best, he proves that it *might* be the case, that it isn't impossible. This would be a fine beginning, except he then proceeds to undermine the efforts of Light and his team to find Kira: fine if he's correct, but disastrous if he's wrong. It's impossible to respect his purported intellect when all he does is parrot L's conclusions and rely on evidence of dubious authenticity provided by Mello, who has a clear motive to mislead Near and should be regarded as morally unacceptable as Kira himself. The attempt to take a different path from L is praiseworthy, but in this instance, it hasn't panned out and depends heavily on plot contrivance rather than logical progression. The suspicion aroused in people who should have been the least likely to suspect Light was achieved entirely too easily, given what we know about the characters involved, and no justification was provided.

All in all, it feels extremely forced: Tsugumi Ohba crafted a remarkable story and set of characters, but now seems to be forcing the story to conclude with the "bad guy" vanquished and the "good guys" triumphant, regardless of whether it actually makes sense or not. A real disappointment for a story that I truly, truly adored.

A Beautiful mind game!! It gets as interesting as it ever can be!

Death Note, Volume 10 is an amazing game changer! Light is engaged in a thrilling battle of wits. He has to contend not only with the super smart Near but also with a somewhat subdued Mello who is tailing Light's men. Additionally, there is a bigger threat in the form of Japanese Task Force's Aizawa and Ide!

Just when Light was at his most dangerous game of actually getting revealed, he plays his master game of switching his subordinates and finally even contacting them!

I am truly loving the intense brain storming that lies behind the book. However, somewhere Near's ability to think is not fully justified and not entirely convincing.

With two new characters introduced into the game, the story has just gotten more intense! It keeps the readers on the edge of their seats, eagerly anticipating the next move and the outcome of this captivating mind game.

The complex web of strategies and counter-strategies makes Death Note, Volume 10 a must-read for fans of the series and anyone who enjoys a thrilling and intellectually stimulating story.

Each character brings their own unique skills and perspectives, adding to the richness and depth of the narrative.

Whether it's Light's cunning and manipulation, Near's analytical mind, or the new characters' unexpected twists, there is always something exciting happening in this volume.

It's a testament to the author's skill that they can create such a captivating and engaging story that keeps readers hooked from start to finish.

Death Note, Volume 10 is a worthy addition to the series and a great example of how a well-written mind game can be both entertaining and thought-provoking.
