This volume has been the least thrilling (I'm using that word very lightly) so far.

It seems that there has been an excessive focus on strategy and build-up in this installment. While these elements are important for the overall narrative, they have somewhat overshadowed the excitement and action that one might expect.

However, I'm still holding out hope for big things from volume 6. Given the groundwork that has been laid in this volume, I anticipate that the next one will bring the story to a whole new level.

Perhaps there will be more intense battles, unexpected plot twists, or character developments that will keep me on the edge of my seat.

Only time will tell, but for now, I'll continue to wait and see what volume 6 has in store.

Fabulous as always but I have to say that without Light knowing that he is Kira, it's a bit not as good. However, I love how Light is still careful not to say something to L even if he does not know that he is Kira.

I love the mind games between Light and L. They are so much fun. But I miss Ryuk too much.

As was pushed aside in the previous notebook, the topic of women being seen as "cunts/asses" can now be returned to for a good play. However, the bad taste still remains.

This kind of description is extremely disrespectful and demeaning to women. It reflects a misogynistic and vulgar attitude that has no place in a civilized society. We should respect the dignity and rights of every individual, regardless of gender. Using such derogatory terms not only hurts the feelings of women but also undermines the foundation of equality and mutual respect. Instead of engaging in such inappropriate and offensive discussions, we should focus on promoting positive values and attitudes towards women, and working towards creating a more inclusive and harmonious world for all.

Putting the rest of this series on hold for now.

This volume was very meh. It really left me with a feeling of dissatisfaction. I had such high hopes that things would improve, but unfortunately, it seems that the original and truly awesome concept that made this series so successful in the first place has been kind of cast aside. It feels like they are simply chasing after a new plotline without really considering the essence of what made the series great.

I don't like it at all. I still can't fathom Light's actions in this volume. His behavior seems so inconsistent and hard to understand. It's really frustrating.

Honestly, I'm really confused right now. I'm not enjoying this series nearly as much as I was in the beginning. It's a real disappointment.

(Also, I really really wish Misa would just drop out of this series. She doesn't seem to add anything of value. Instead, she only seems to detract from the overall story. Her presence just feels unnecessary and annoying).

This book isn't as thrilling as the previous ones. It was a little tedious because the power to kill simply moved from one evil person to the next.

Light and L's customary banter was conspicuously absent. This seemed to abruptly shift gears, and now nothing is the same as it was.

In exchange for these unscrupulous businesspeople, the initial premise and conflict that were so intriguing seem to have been tossed to the side. However, I did enjoy how L connected the dots at a rapid speed. His deductive skills were as sharp as ever.

Despite the drawbacks, there were still some redeeming qualities in the story. The plot twists kept me on my toes, and I was eager to see how it would all end.
