Keren. Keren. KEREEEEN.

Now the arena of conflict is no longer just between L and Light, but between Kira vs Fake L vs Near vs Mello. And the third Shinigami!!

After enjoying the action that makes the heart race throughout the book, the final chapter really makes me tremble with no words. No... not because the special forces of America failed (I'm soooo sorry for their deaths, my sincere condolences), but because Light's plan can actually fail too!! Thank goodness you, Light. #WhatThe

*In the last 3 panels of this tankubon, the illustration of Light is so scary, ugh his eyes... more cunning than the god of death*

The Ferris wheel is still going round and round.

As Near and Mellow are going along with the light (also known as new bound L), they are about to discover each other's identity and most probably kill each other off.

This whole situation is quite absurd.

The dumbest thing in this new era, by far, was allowing Officer Yagami to enter the whole mission.

He is a good person, but he is too biased by his judgmental cloud.

He can never see clearly between others' ideas.

It seems that this mission is doomed to be filled with chaos and misunderstandings.

Who knows what will happen next as the story unfolds?

Will Near and Mellow be able to outwit each other, or will Officer Yagami's biases cause more problems?

Only time will tell in this thrilling and somewhat perplexing tale.

Bro misa is so clueless. It seems like he just doesn't have a clue about what's going on around him. He often makes decisions without thinking things through properly, which leads to all kinds of problems. For example, he might rush into a situation without considering the consequences, and then end up regretting it later.

His cluelessness also shows in his interactions with others. He doesn't always pick up on social cues or understand how his actions might affect those around him. This can make it difficult for him to build and maintain good relationships.

Despite his cluelessness, bro misa is still a good person at heart. He just needs to work on being more aware of his surroundings and thinking more carefully before he acts. With a little bit of effort, he could become a lot more successful and have better relationships with those around him.

These later volumes just don't hit the same.

They lack the charm and excitement that the earlier ones had. It's as if something crucial was lost along the way.

The storylines may seem a bit tired or the characters not as fully developed.

Perhaps the author was trying to take the series in a new direction, but it didn't quite work out.

Readers who were initially hooked may find themselves disappointed or less engaged.

It's a shame really, because the potential was there.

Maybe with some adjustments and a return to what made the earlier volumes so great, these later volumes could have been just as good.

As it stands, they just don't quite measure up.

Death Note, #8 is a captivating work written by Tsugumi Ohba and skillfully illustrated by Takeshi Obata. Spanning 200 pages, this installment belongs to the mystery genre with elements of realistic modern time science fiction.

The story revolves around a remarkable notebook known as the Death Note. This notebook, which originally belongs to the Death Gods or "Shinigamis," has the power to enable a person to "kill" another simply by writing their full name and envisioning an image of them. One day, a bored Ryuk throws the Death Note into the human world. Light Yagami, a brilliant high-school student with straight A's, discovers the notebook and realizes its extraordinary capabilities. Driven by his romanticized vision of a perfect world, Light believes that using the notebook to eliminate criminals will purify the world.

Opposing Light is L, a mysterious genius dedicated to solving worldwide crimes. After several intense conflicts, L unfortunately loses and is killed by Light, leaving Light seemingly unstoppable. In this volume, two successors of L are introduced: Near and Mello. Near is collaborating with the United States government in an effort to apprehend Kira, while Mello is determined to obtain the notebook in Light's possession. Unbeknownst to Mello, Light has actually acquired another notebook. Light even has the audacity to join the anti-Kira Japanese police division where his father works, hoping to eliminate any suspicion. Mello manages to get hold of Light's sister, and the director (Light's father) decides to trade the notebook obtained by the police through investigation to make contact with Mello.

Although I was initially excited to start this book after thoroughly enjoying the previous chapter, I have to admit that I am rather disappointed with the new plot. While I am glad that there is a sequel, I feel that it does not quite measure up to the preceding one and fails to explore the story more deeply. Nevertheless, I am still curious to see how the book concludes and whether Light will succeed in his quest for a perfect world or meet his downfall at the hands of the new L's.

Oh my, there are so many twists and turns! This story just keeps getting more and more convoluted. I will continue the series after some time and until then, I'm going to keep on reading.

I have always had a passion for comics, and I hope that this love will endure. Even though I grew up reading local Indian comics such as Raj Comics, Diamond Comics, or Manoj Comics, now is the time to explore international and classic comics and graphic novels. I am on a quest to read as many comics as possible. I love comics to the core, and may they never leave my side. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this and look forward to reading more. You should also read what you love and then simply keep on reading.

Whether it's the vibrant illustrations, the engaging storylines, or the unique characters, comics have a special charm that keeps me coming back for more. They offer a world of imagination and entertainment that is truly captivating. So, join me in this wonderful journey of reading comics and let's keep on reading!

"ME ENCANTA aunque extraño a L" is a beautiful and concise expression of love and longing.

It can be expanded as follows: I truly love L. Even though L is not here with me at the moment, my affection for L remains as strong as ever.

The distance between us only makes me miss L more. Every time I think of L, my heart fills with warmth and a sense of longing.

I cherish the memories we have shared and look forward to the day when we can be together again.

No matter how far apart we are, my love for L will never fade. It will continue to grow and endure, like a beautiful flower that blooms in the face of adversity.

Light "ask me if I give a motherfuck????" Yagami. This statement from Light Yagami is quite bold and perhaps a bit rebellious.

Light is a complex character in the story. He holds a unique power with the Death Note and seems to have a rather unorthodox attitude at times. His words here might imply that he doesn't really care about what others think or expect of him.

It could also suggest that he is willing to take risks and go against the norm without hesitation. Maybe he feels that he is on a mission that is so important that he doesn't have the luxury of being concerned about the opinions of those around him.

Overall, this statement gives us a glimpse into Light's mindset and his determination to pursue his goals, regardless of the consequences or what others might say.

I'm really enjoying this series.

However, there are times when the events seem a bit hokey.

You can sense that the creators might not always be fully aware of the larger context of certain aspects within their narrative world.

For example, when it comes to behavior and customs in the U.S., there are moments where it shows they may not have a complete understanding.

Despite these minor flaws, the series remains intriguing.

It has a certain charm and allure that keeps pulling me in.

I'm determined to go through and complete the entire series.

I want to see how the story unfolds and what other surprises and developments await.

Even with the occasional hiccup in authenticity, the overall experience has been engaging enough to keep my interest piqued.

I'm looking forward to seeing how the rest of the series plays out.

Another gripping instalment to this unique series.

This one sees Light facing a truly formidable challenge as he struggles to fight against two separate adversaries, both of whom have their sights set on the death note.

These adversaries are not ordinary foes; they are L’s protégés and thus, genius masterminds.

For Light, it is no easy task to outwit them.

Once again, similar to volume 7, this series has managed to capture my attention firmly.

I am thoroughly enjoying the new challenges that Light is grappling with while simultaneously trying to maintain his false front at the Japanese police.

Adding to the complexity is his strange relationship with Misa Misa, and then there is another Shinigami Death God thrown into the mix.

All of these elements combine to create a truly outstanding instalment.

This series continues to be refreshing, different, unique, and completely bizarre.

It is so captivating that it is impossible to put down.

I still have a deep love for this series!

The story at present seems a bit chaotic and disjointed.

However, I firmly believe that as the various plot threads begin to converge or are neatly severed in the style of the Greek Fates, it will turn out to be truly amazing.

Currently, the narrative appears to be going in multiple directions, making it a bit hard to follow. But this very complexity holds the potential for a truly captivating conclusion.

As the story progresses and the different elements start to fit together like pieces of a puzzle, or are gracefully removed to create a more streamlined narrative, it will likely become a masterpiece.

The anticipation of seeing how it all comes together is what makes this story so exciting.
