Finished in one sitting.

As it is the first book in the series, I cannot claim that it was mind-blowing or amazing. However, it did provide me with just enough intrigue to make me look forward to the second one.

Therefore, I give it 3/5 stars, which is a good baseline to pique your interest in the story.

Moreover, the art is truly excellent!

I would definitely recommend getting exposed to Card Captor Sakura (either the anime or manga) before picking this up. Otherwise, it might be quite confusing.

This first installment sets the stage well for what is to come, and I am eager to see how the story develops further in the next book.

The combination of an interesting premise and great art makes it a worthwhile read for fans of the genre.

I'm excited to continue exploring this world and see what new adventures and challenges await the characters.

Overall, it's a solid start to the series that has left me with high hopes for the future installments.

It is now one of my favorite manga books.

This is because this book was given by my good friend. I love the characters. There is an unlikely alliance that is about to save Sakura's heart fragments to restore her memories. However, it comes with a heavy price for the main character Syaoran. He asks the Witch that he would do anything to save Sakura. The witch named Yûko says that in order for this to work, they have to give up what they love or value the most. Which is the relationship of Sakura that Syaoran has to give up. She will not have any memory of Syaoran.

Kurogane has brutally killed the assassins who tried to kill his princess. However, she does not like his behavior. Thus, she sends Kurogane away and curses him. If he kills unnecessarily, he will lose strength if he slays someone. Plus, he needs to know the true meaning of strength and change. Fai is a mysterious man with many secrets. For some reason, he is trying to hide or run away from a certain person.

Once they gather together, they must travel to restore Sakura's heart in order to save her. Little do they know that there is a certain secret group who wants Sakura's power to rule all realities. So, there it is, a race to save Sakura and their worlds.

As always, the CLAMP does not disappoint. What a great way to build a universe with already known characters, in a story that is more than complete and at the same time complex, where the driving force of it is the love that is shown to your dearest being, that no matter what sacrifice is made as long as that person is okay.

At the same time, it has been a delight to find such endearing characters from their most famous mangas, such as Sakura and Shaoran (from Cardcaptor Sakura), protagonists of this great journey, or even the genius Ceres himself from the fantastic Magic Knight Rayearth.

Each character brings their own charm and personality to the story, making it even more engaging and interesting. The plot twists and turns keep the reader on the edge of their seat, eager to find out what will happen next. The art style is also beautiful, with detailed illustrations that bring the characters and the world they inhabit to life.

Overall, this is a must-read for any fan of the CLAMP or anyone who enjoys a good story with well-developed characters and a complex plot.

Since you are supposed to read this side by side with xxxholic, I would say that the xxxholic volume 1 is the stronger one.

However, I am glad that I consumed RG Veda and CCS before this, so I could understand more references.

Honestly, what made this volume 1 good is the little Yona vibe I got, as well as the RG Veda crossovers. (My favorite work, so I am 100% biased.)

The combination of these elements added an extra layer of depth and interest to the story.

The Yona vibe brought a sense of adventure and mystery, while the RG Veda crossovers added a touch of nostalgia and excitement for fans of that series.

Overall, I found volume 1 to be an engaging and enjoyable read, and I look forward to seeing where the story goes from here.

I'll forever recommend this manga to a wide range of audiences.

For fans of Card Captor Sakura, it offers a new and exciting adventure.

Xxxholic enthusiasts will also find much to love.

Even those who were one-time readers of Tokyo Babylon during its original Tokyopop run will be drawn in.

Surprisingly, people who like Chobits, despite the two having little in common, can enjoy Tsubasa Chronicle as well.

And of course, it's a great choice for those who have read none of the above.

Tsubasa Chronicle in its entirety is a thrilling, sometimes exaggerated, and ultimately tragic and gritty world-hopping road trip with a found family.

Like many of the Clamp projects, its anime adaptation failed to capture the essence, losing both the tone and texture.

It's been nearly 20 years since its debut, and yet, I keep coming back to this wonderful manga.

Rereading this series was an absolute delight and a wonderful trip down memory lane.

It was still as complex and mind-boggling as I recalled, yet perhaps a touch less so this time around.

When the twists began to unfold, initially it was like, "Holy crap, this is great, wow, I really like this."

However, as the twists continued to pile on one after another, there came a point where there were just too many and I wanted them to stop.

Overall, though, I still truly enjoyed the series.

It was probably mostly due to nostalgia, but hey, whatever the reason, I had a great time.

It was interesting to see how my perception of the story had changed over the years, and yet there was still something about it that kept me engaged and entertained.

I'm glad I decided to give it another read and would recommend it to others who are looking for a thrilling and somewhat chaotic adventure.

This series is truly an absolute mind fuck.

The characters within it were all remarkable. Each one had their own distinct personality and charm, making them come alive on the pages.

The worlds that were created were all unique and none of them felt like a drag. They were full of imagination and wonder, drawing the reader in and keeping them hooked.

The art style, while not for everyone, was very niche. It added to the overall atmosphere and tone of the series, giving it a distinct look and feel.

However, having to read Holic to know the other side of the story may be offputting for some. As it's not a typical fantasy adventure story, but rather a paranormal/psychological one.

But despite all of this, the ending was simply *chef's kiss*. It tied up all the loose ends and left the reader with a sense of satisfaction.

Overall, this series is a must-read for anyone who loves unique and engaging stories. The dream must end, but the memories of this series will surely last.

Vivir las aventuras de Sakura y Shaoran una vez más juntos me encanta.

It's truly a delight to experience their adventures all over again.

Although this story is much more melancholic than Card Captor, it has its own unique charm.

The relationship between Sakura and Shaoran evolves in a beautiful and bittersweet way.

Their shared memories and the challenges they face together make the story deeply engaging.

We get to see their growth as individuals and as a couple.

The setting and the magical elements add to the overall allure of the story.

It's a world that draws you in and makes you want to keep reading.

Whether it's the heartwarming moments or the tear-jerking scenes, this story has it all.

It's a must-read for fans of the Card Captor series and anyone who loves a good magical romance.

In life, there are various emotions that we experience. One of the most profound and often overlooked emotions is the ability to cry when the situation calls for it.

“There’s a certain strength that’s needed to be able to cry when you should.”
It takes courage to let go of our inhibitions and allow the tears to flow. Crying is not a sign of weakness; rather, it is a release of pent-up emotions. It can provide a sense of relief and catharsis. When we cry, we are acknowledging our feelings and giving ourselves permission to heal.

This blog, Sprinkles of Dreams, explores the importance of emotional expression and the power of crying. It offers insights and perspectives on how to embrace our emotions and find strength in vulnerability. The blog also has a presence on various social media platforms such as Bloglovin’, Instagram, Tumblr, and Twitter. Through these platforms, the author shares personal stories, tips, and resources to help readers navigate their emotional journeys.

Tsubasa: RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE by CLAMP is a captivating companion series to xxxHolic. As I delved into xxxHolic, a sense of obligation compelled me to explore Tsubasa: RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE as well.

Volume 1 lays the foundation for the story. Syaoran and Sakura, who are alternates from those in Card Captor Sakura, have grown up side by side. Syaoran, the son of an archeologist, and Sakura, a princess and the younger sister of the king, experience a freak accident during an archeological dig. This incident leads to Sakura losing her memories, which are then scattered across the dimensions. The manga chronicles Syaoran's journey as he endeavors to help Sakura recover her memories, albeit at the cost of her never being able to recall their friendship.

To pursue her memories, they require the assistance of the Dimensional Witch and are directed there with the aid of the king's magician, who is also his best friend. When they arrive in Yuko's yard, they encounter two other men they have never met before and are now forced to embark on a journey with them.

Given that this is a story about alternate worlds and doppelgängers, I find myself perceiving alternates even in places where they are not explicitly indicated. For instance, Sakura's brother bears a resemblance to Domeki, and the magician looks like a blond Watanuki. However, I might be imagining things that don't actually exist.

Overall, reading this first volume was somewhat of a challenge. The issue is that a few years ago, my husband became engrossed in the anime series. We rented the first disc numerous times. Then, recently, as we were immersing ourselves in xxxHolic, he decided to re-watch the series, especially since he now knew who Yuko and everyone else were from the companion series. By the time I reached volume 1, I felt as though I had already read it and was tired of the setup.

Wow!

I have such a strong desire to read all of them.

The thought of going through each and every one of those books is truly exciting.

There is something about the written word that has always captivated me.

Whether it's a thrilling adventure story, a heartwarming romance, or a thought-provoking non-fiction piece, I can't get enough.

I imagine myself getting lost in the pages, being transported to different worlds and experiencing new emotions.

The anticipation of what lies ahead in each book is almost palpable.

I can't wait to embark on this reading journey and discover all the wonderful stories that await me.

It's going to be an amazing experience, and I'm looking forward to every moment of it.

Wow ya quiero leerlos todos!

What a trippy series!

Clamp generally has some mind-bending stuff if I remember right. It's been awhile since I've read anything else by them though I did go through a phase. However, this one pushes past all the boundaries and limits.

It's truly unique. On one hand, it's adorable with its charming characters and interesting storylines. But on the other hand, it has a dark side that adds depth and complexity.

I'm really glad I finally got around to finishing this series. It's been sitting in that unfinished series limbo for me for years.

Now that I've completed it, I can fully appreciate its beauty and the creativity that went into it. It's definitely a series that will stay with me for a long time.

I would highly recommend it to anyone who loves manga with a bit of a twist.
