It seemed as if it was filled with a plethora of commercials rather than anything substantial. For instance, statements like "if you try this small change then this would happen" or "You won't believe how big of a difference this would make" were abundant.

The author did provide some examples in each chapter demonstrating how the small changes had an impact on others. This was actually quite nice for those who were not easily persuaded. However, the little commercials at the end somewhat spoiled the effect.

I would recommend this for people who are more on the emotionally immature side. The reason being that the author truly seemed to write it with them in mind rather than for the rest of the population who can actually control their feelings, which is essentially 70% of the book's topic.

Sure, it is good to learn a bit more, but if your understanding of yourself, your own worth, and your needs is slightly above the so-called average, it can become rather boring.

This book truly helps you to put a plethora of things about your life in perspective. It is one of those remarkable books that you can envision deriving benefit from at any given point in your life. At the time when I was engrossed in reading this, I discovered that someone at work was experiencing an enormous amount of stress. In fact, his blood pressure was alarmingly high, almost reaching the level just before a potential heart attack. He has taken the entire week off in order to relax and obtain some necessary medicine. However, I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to engage in a conversation with him. During that talk, I gently reminded him of what is truly significant in life. I like to believe that this book played a crucial role in enabling me to assist him. In that particular way, I firmly think that this book has the power to alter your thinking, leading you towards a life filled with gratitude and peace. And this, in turn, can have a positive impact on those around you, allowing you to help others in a more profound and meaningful way.

Remember, life is too short to be sweating the small stuff.
