I am shocked at how well this book has scored. It is a huge compendium of things that "help" you stay healthy, cure you, etc. The author makes sure he continually reminds you he isn't a doctor. He lists so many things, and most are lists, that out of them, I am sure some will help improve health. I could start writing things right now, exercise more, meditare, get enough sleep, eat healthy foods, lose weight if you needto, dom't stress, wow, did that really help anyone. If you haven't been living under arock, you've probably heard it all before. It you have been living under a rock, you're probably healthier than the rest of js, so you don't need his book! He kept referring you to his website, and it all seemed like a huge advertisement for him! I borrowed the book from a friend, amd I am so glad I didn't pay money for it. I recommend if there is any knterest at all just google him and find his website, and keep your money!
