Very sadly that Christmas is already passed for more than 3 months. Actually, the last Christmas is not fun at all, the huge snow storm had occupy the whole break. Does Christmas really fun? I do not think that way because Christmas is only a normal day. The most interesting and excited time of the whole day is when I open the gifts. For me, what gifts are not important, I just enjoy the process of opening them. Right now, I think that Christmas is not fun for me, becuase I do not like to join any activities.

This is a fun children’s chapter book. Lots of snow, Christmasy stuff, and fun. There is no mention of the real reason for Christmas, and several mentions of Santa Claus, but it was still enjoyable.

My 6.5 year old grandson and I had a number of good laughs reading this book. He thoroughly enjoyed the adventures, 'friends' and kindness presented. We'll certainly read more of Carolyn Haywood's books. Each provides a great basis for discussing the world as it was before people became addicted to their hand-held devices.

This book is really nothing more than a compilation of all the Eddie stories that took place at Christmastime with one exception that appeared to either be a new story, or one pulled from another source (like a magazine perhaps?) Either way I was very disappointed that this wasn't a true "Eddie" story at all, like I had expected it to be.
