I am smoke free after reading this book. I highly recommend it!!!!!! My son came in one day and told me he had quit after reading it and then gave me the book! I had smoked over 35 years and this book made it easy! We are both smoke free for 5 years now and I will never touch another cigarette.

A little repetitive in it's delivery. Could have probably been a much shorter read. But it did the job expertly. I've been smoke free since shortly before I started reading it. While I had tried quitting before, the explanation of why we smoke hit home in a way I had never heard. So I haven't felt like I was depriving myself of something that I enjoyed...I've only felt good about my choice to quit and keep it going. So far so good even with others smoking around me.

Amazing book. I've smoked a pack a day for 37 years. Tried to quit, unsuccessfully, several times. Put down the book, finished my last pack, now have been five days without withdrawal or cravings. Give this book a shot!

We will see, we will see. However have to say that the book is actually well written and interpreted. Also thumbs up for audio version. I was explained what and idiot I was for over 10 years, so now I will starting my new chapter :)

I was finally able to stop smoking in Feb. 2011 after smoking for 10 years. I really do believe this book helped. Even if you aren't ready to quit you should check this book out. It's a no nonsense helpful book!

It is now almost 1 year since I read this and I haven't smoked one single cigaret since. (Smoked for almost 14 years)
would definitely recommend this to anybody who would like to stop smoking.

What interested me the most was the method he uses to convince so many people to let go a bad habit. I must admit this method is quite interesting and rather logical. Would recommend reading for non-smokers interested in human psychology as well.
