Hi,
I hope all is progressing well.
The Complete Idiot's Guide to Amazing Sex, 4th Edition: Learn the Secret of a Sizzling Sex Life by Dr. Sari Locker is a guide between different levels of communication between different levels of relationships (with oneself personally as well as in connection with another) exploring health and sex (by all definitions from as a noun and a verb, of good research that will only continue improving with furthering deliberating good efforts). When healthily embarking through a sexual rabbit hole of a healthy warren of information in connection with good sex, I decide to buy then read the text due to my choice to constantly practically improve and grow as a mindful individual as well as romantic life partner (especially considering one may choicely-practically grow very well; one may be consistently healthy all one's life and reap the benefits of being so infinitely). One has much control over one's life.
Reading a book of the sort is quite interesting because I’m finding evidential support on the basis of science and rigorous research that the way I appreciate life is amazingly-wonderful. I’m not operating by confirmation bias (and I don’t operate by confirmation bias). I’m just seeking to better understand how to be a more mindful individual and/or romantic-/life partner in myriad healthy ways. Life is amazing and wonderful. Good learning may always improve. The text explores types of relationships in connection with parameters of sex, offering guidance to assist one with better understanding realms of relationships in connection with realms of sex. I really appreciate how the text engages good communication as a way to assist one with mindfully navigating a relationship, to better understand whether a relationship is of what one is seeking romantically, without judgement, through increasing awareness via healthy mindful communication. Offering good-healthy dialogue prompts (available throughout the text) may prove valuable for any trying to have a conversation about a topic one finds important to oneself in connection to a romantic relationship and wants to share with a partner the details.
Healthy clinical-like communication is better than poor communication. Better to be in a romantic relationship of which one may fully express oneself than to be in one with limitations of healthy expression (especially in connection with poor communication, which the author advises as one situation [amongst many] to seek a particular therapy for, as well as to move on from, depending on the stage of the romantic relationship [inclusive of initial conversations of romance]). Even more so, I find the text valuable for approaching contexts for not just oneself romantically though as a wonderful educational tool that one may well regard in one's own family at different stages of progress, of maturity, well-respecting aspects of human spectrums. The text contains forms and questionnaires which I think are wonderful for any seeking to be more self-aware. If one doesn’t know what one wants romantically, the text may help one discover at least what one may want to mindfully try and how to safely approach doing so. Every human is different. What a human being is capable of being health wise—when approaching health properly well, is astounding. A text of the sort allows one to self-assess scientifically. The beauties of human concordance rely on the heightening transparent awareness of an actual human being in connection with what is accurately-evidentially-scientifically verifiable, in connection with an interdependent reality at large. To love oneself is to not war against oneself though to assist oneself in better understanding oneself through myriad health ways and living better with better understanding. The text delves into contexts in relation to the importance of loving oneself. One may evidentially-scientifically coordinate and track how and why one feels. Additionally, I find the following texts may assist one in further deliberating contexts of concepts within The Complete Idiot's Guide to Amazing Sex, 4th Edition: Learn the Secret of a Sizzling Sex Life by Dr. Sari Locker, PhD: The Complete Idiot's Guide to Tantric Sex (2nd Edition) by Dr. Judy Kuriansky, PhD, The Complete Idiot's Guide to Enhancing Sexual Desire by Judy Ford, MSW, LCSW, with Rachel Greene Baldino, MSW, LCSW, The New Sex Bible for Women: The Complete Guide to Sexual Self-Awareness and Intimacy by Dr. Amie Harwick, Great Sex for Life by Linda Sonntag, Sexual Happiness for Women: A Practical Approach by Maurice Yaffe and Elizabeth Fenwick, The Ultimate Guide to Orgasm for Women: How to Become Orgasmic for a Lifetime by Mikaya Heart, Naked at Our Age: Talking Out Loud About Senior Sex by Joan Price, Perv: The Sexual Deviant in All of Us by Jesse Bering, She Comes First: The Thinking Man's Guide to Pleasuring a Woman by Ian Kerner, Sexual Soulmates: The Six Essentials for Connected Sex by Susan Bratton, The Vagina Book: An Owner's Manual for Taking Care of Your Down There by The Thinx Inc.
