This is not the kind of book a person that knows nothing about spirit guides should read. Point being that you would get lost. Nice little book and it has a CD in the back for meditation.

Learned a lot about spirit guides

I really enjoyed the book. My only criticism is you don’t get the guided meditation in the ebook that is included in with the paperback book. Would have been nice to include it in a download form.

Did not help find or reach a spirit guide just discussed hers.

While I did not open and play the attached disc, I did enjoy reading the book. Sylvia Browne books are always quick reads for me. I just really like her writing style and her way of explaining the concept of spirit guides, so you completely understand her. My idea of faith has been forever changed by reading these books. Not because I want to believe every word she says; these books have made me ask myself the spiritual questions I should have been asking myself years ago, but never occurred to me to do so. She's definitely an eye-opener.

I never did meet my spirit guide. Lol.

After a very powerful experience with a medium friend of mine, Julie Templeton, I decided to read. Julia recommended it to me, and I was definitely not disappointed. The theories Sylvia shares, which were of course not her theories but her reality, really made me think. It certainly makes you realize that things do happen for a reason, but not only that, you choose them to happen for a reason. So this isn't a book just about contacting your spirit guide, but about understanding the path you are on in this life and afterwards. Very thought provoking. And honestly, to me, very reassuring.

I was putzing around in the New Age section at work and this book kinda stood out from all the other books. So, having 60 minutes to kill before my meeting and having taken it as a sign, I sat down and read the book. I am new to trying to contact spirit guides so this book was a little confusing. I enjoyed it though for the meditation exercises and the stories about Francene and Rahem, Sylvia's spirit guides.

this was pretty good. I enjoyed her emphasis on spirit guides and how they come into our lives in the first place. she claims that they are always there and always will be no matter what...i believe that. everyone has a spirit guide, someone who's always watching over them and wanting to come into contact with them. we just should believe that they are there and love them as well.

First time I did this, I saw my Native American Spirit Guide. Very cool!

I'm not quite done with the book just yet. However, it is a great lite read! She has an amazing way of telling her story that left me wanting to know more! What a great gift to myself... will update when complete...

Very high level overview, with some amazing exercises to strengthen the communication between yourself and you spirit guide(s). I'm very grateful to have had this particular book selected for me to read!

This book is great for anyone interested in getting to know your spirit guide. Anyone who is interested in communicating with them through meditation. Its very educational about the spirit guides role in your life, and what they do on the other side. I love this book soo much!
