I can say , its not new information , but i can give the credit for it being helpful , especially the guided meditation.

Some good tips in here but more can be said. I'll be looking for more books on this subject of discovering and contacting your spirit guide. What I've discovered is that they are always with you, whether you call them by a name or not. There is this mystical presence always with us offering guidance.

I really enjoyed how easy this book was to read and the information that was given. Browne's books have been hit or miss with me due to the fact she often has long strings of letters from her readers in books and they drown out the insight I hoped to gain from reading her.

interesting things to ponder discussed in this book. I would recommend it to anyone who wants new and exciting information.

I find it amusing how she could talk about something that if we don't use our imagination would otherwise sound somewhat crazy. Being able to write a whole book on what one would call a casper, or even a figment of her imagination and she talks to the voices in her head. Since she has given more accurate than a mere two or three misleading information in her readings, it is safe to say that this book is unique. There is no way she could make these things up.
