I am reading this like an encyclopedia, choosing the articles I feel like reading at the moment. I love it! You can get a quick lift, some inspiration, information, motivation and then get going on your day!

I read 2023 | Volume 3, Number 1 ("Start Fresh") and particularly enjoyed the interactive section on self-discovery and finding your purpose. The writing was very holistic and honest, invoking deeper thought while remaining realistic to the push and pulls of modern life.

This book was completely inspiring and uplifting. It would make an excellent gift, especially for mother's day.

Um, so I don't remember too much of this book, but I gave it 5 stars because

1: i love oprah, and have a subscription to her magazine, and,

2: my cousin, Kelly, is in this book, picture and all for a bride losing weight before her wedding.....:D

A compilation of interviews and advice from Oprah's magazine. I usually prefer the advice in these books, but in this one I found the articles most interesting. The Jon Stewart interview had a fun story about how he met his wife (she told a friend, "I want to meet someone sweet, like Jon Stewart") and a story about how when he got his first TV show, it took him a while to relax and enjoy it. Barbara Walters told Oprah that if she were to do it over again, she'd spend more time with her kid, and as a result wouldn't have been as successful in her career.
