الكتاب يعتبر كتابا شاملًا مقارنة ببقية كتب دكتور ديفيد ك feelinggood والكتاب قد راعي التطبيق أكثر وقد تناول مواضيع كالقلق والثقة في النفس ومهارات الإتصال وغيرها.

One of the best books on mood disorders and happiness.
I think it has some great tips, if anything it could stand to be shorter because a lot of the examples repeat themselves but it will probably be useful to anyone wanting to overcome depression, anxiety or explosive mood disorders.
Dr. David D. Burns shows his expertise on the subject in an easy to understand book.

This book is ideal for someone wanting to better understand themselves. It requires a lot of choosing to self-reflect and one must try extra hard to not be stubborn when performing the exercises required in this book to have any sort of growth/change in habits moving forward.

Skipped around the book, used some of the worksheets. Pretty helpful. Felt like I already knew a lot of it. But good for re-training unhealthy thinking patterns
