Hilarious!
Reading this manga has truly been a remarkable experience for me. It has the power to completely transform my mood and help me escape from the clutches of low spirits. The moment I open the pages, I am immediately transported into a world filled with laughter and joy. The witty dialogues, the absurd situations, and the charming characters all contribute to its hilarity. It's like a magical elixir that instantly lifts my spirits and makes me forget all my troubles. Whether I'm having a bad day at work or feeling down for no particular reason, this manga never fails to bring a smile to my face. It's a wonderful source of entertainment and a great way to unwind after a long and tiring day. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good laugh and a way to boost their mood.
Having truly relished School Rumble: Volume 1, I was extremely excited to delve into the second volume of this series. Oh my, was I ever overjoyed that I did. School Rumble: Volume 2 surpasses the first volume as the focus of the story shifts from Tsukamoto to Kenji, who is a far cooler character. He is the tough and ready punk whose heart has been stolen by the lovely Tsukamoto, despite her complete obliviousness to it. He is so cool, except when it comes to her. He simply doesn't know what to do or how to act. Kenji typically puts on a show in the hope that she will finally take notice of him, but she doesn't. Someday, he will just have to muster up the courage to go up to her and actually talk to her and disclose how he feels. For now, he will just have to continue acting like a bumbling fool... but at least he manages to look cool while doing so.
Once again, the artwork is magnificent and the storyline is hilarious and action-packed. School Rumble is emerging as one of my favorite manga series. I absolutely adore the fact that there are numerous short stories in these volumes, rather than one long continuous story.
So, overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this outstanding manga book and eagerly anticipate seeing if Kenji can win Tsukamoto's heart in School Rumble: Volume 3.
I rated this book an 8½ out of 10.
