4.5 stars - Spoilers

I absolutely loved this! Misa was, without a doubt, the best character. Granted, she was idiotic and desperate, but I found her to be extremely entertaining. At first, I was confused by her unwavering devotion to Light/Kira. However, I was glad to see that there was a plausible reason for her being so dedicated to him.
I also liked Misa's Shinigami, Ram. His protectiveness towards Misa was really sweet. It's obvious that Light will use and abuse Misa, so I'm pleased that she has someone on her side. I especially loved the part where Ram threatened Light if anything happened to Misa. It makes the story more interesting when Light has numerous obstacles in his path. If he were to get away with everything easily, it would be really boring and cliched.
The antagonistic and one-upmanship relationship between Light and L was still highly enjoyable. They are so similar in their intelligence and reasoning, and it's great to see them constantly trying to outwit each other.
I have a feeling that L will meet his end. There's just something tragic about him. I just hope that Light also dies.
Overall, I'm really looking forward to Volume 5 and can't wait to see what happens next.

The hunt for the truth continues, and it takes an even more complex turn with the arrival of Misa.

Unfortunately, she lacks the intelligence of Naomi. However, what she is capable of poses a real threat to Light Yagami.

I'm not overly fond of her motives or how she impacts the larger chess game between Kira and L. Nevertheless, it does make things incredibly thrilling at times, especially with that ending.

I find myself sort of fearing that one volume where things will undoubtedly be insane, yet I'm still excited to reach that point.

Heyecanlıydı be!

It was really exciting! The moment I experienced it, my heart was filled with joy and anticipation.

Every little detail seemed to add to the excitement. The colors, the sounds, the atmosphere - all of it combined to create an unforgettable moment.

I could feel the energy in the air, and it was contagious. Everyone around me was also caught up in the excitement.

It was a feeling that I will never forget. It made me realize how important it is to have these moments of excitement in our lives.

They give us something to look forward to and make our lives more丰富多彩.

I can't wait to experience more such exciting moments in the future.

Misa is really starting to get on my nerves constantly.

I just don't understand why she has to be so extremely childish.

It's truly ruining the whole situation for me to a certain extent.

Every little thing she does seems to be done in the most immature way possible.

It's as if she has no concept of how her actions are affecting those around her, especially me.

I find myself constantly frustrated and annoyed by her behavior.

It's not that I don't like her, but this childishness is really becoming a big issue.

I wish she would grow up a little and start acting more appropriately.

Maybe then, things wouldn't be so bad and I wouldn't be so bothered by her all the time.

Both Light and L are extremely sharp, which makes me feel rather dumb -_-

Anyway, what on earth is wrong with that Misa!!! I have this intense urge to slash her neck, cut her arteries and veins one by one, and then suck her blood just like Robert Pattinson was supposed to do in Twilight (even though I haven't actually watched it; I'm just imagining). GAAAAAAHHHHH! What an idiot she is!! I have to admit that I like the concept of another Death Note carrier, but that girl was just so &%*&E(*#&)(#)*^#

Even though I'm fully aware that Light is evil, I still find myself on Team Light :p I guess he's the kind of enemy that one can't help but admire. His intelligence and his ability to outwit others are truly remarkable. It's almost like a game of cat and mouse between him and L, and I'm completely hooked on it. I know it's wrong to side with the bad guy, but there's just something about Light that draws me in. Maybe it's his charisma or his confidence. Whatever it is, I can't seem to resist.

Hmm, it's getting interesting!

At first glance, this simple statement might seem rather ordinary. However, upon closer inspection, it holds a certain allure.

It implies that something unexpected or exciting is about to unfold. It could be a new discovery, a thrilling adventure, or a captivating story.

The use of the word "interesting" leaves room for interpretation, allowing our minds to wander and imagine the possibilities.

It piques our curiosity and makes us eager to find out more.

Whether it's in a book, a movie, or real life, when we hear those words, we know that something worth paying attention to is on the horizon.

It's like a teaser, enticing us to delve deeper and explore the unknown.

So, the next time you hear someone say, "Hmm, it's getting interesting," get ready for a potentially unforgettable experience.

Who knows what awaits?

Is it just me or was this suddenly extremely purposefully convoluted and repetitive? It seems as if the story has taken a turn for the worse in terms of its narrative structure. And let's not even get started on the female characterisations. They are some of the most awful I have ever seen in the history of anything. It's truly disappointing.

The concept, on the other hand, is still very cool. It has the potential to be an amazing story if only the execution was better. I still want to keep reading to see where it goes, but I can't help but wish I could wipe the entire Misa thing from my brain. Her character is so poorly developed and unlikable that it's almost ruining the entire experience for me.

I hope that the author will take some time to reevaluate and improve these aspects of the story. There is so much potential here, and I would hate to see it go to waste. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the next installment will be better.

I didn't like this one as much as the first three. However, it's still freaking awesome! ❤️

This might be because the first three had a certain charm or quality that really appealed to me. Maybe it was the unique style, the engaging story, or the interesting characters.

But despite not having that same level of initial appeal, this one still has its own strengths. It could have a different kind of awesomeness that reveals itself upon closer inspection.

It might have some amazing features, a great concept, or a really cool execution.

In the end, even though it didn't immediately grab me like the first three, I can still appreciate its awesomeness and see the value in it.

It just goes to show that sometimes, things grow on you and you can find something wonderful even when you least expect it. ❤️

Rarely does a manga achieve such a high level of quality, and this one is truly amazing!

We are introduced to Misa Amane, the second Death Note holder. Here, we discover her origins and motives, as well as how she kills people. The investigation into the second Kira continues, and I love the intense face-off between L and Light. Then, there is the whole exposition of Misa to Light, and what happens as a result. Light has to handle this unexpected component, and there is a massive twist at every turn. Rarely does a manga maintain the thrill factor so effectively, and we see it here. Those last few pages are simply mind-blowing! The twist is so significant that it completely changes the direction of the entire series!

This is an amazing volume that gets even better. I love the characters, the exploration of their personalities and motives, and the twists and turns. Sure, it does change the status quo, but it's for the better as it is just perfect. Also, the art in this volume is outstanding!

Character Development: N/A (for all mangas)

Diversity: Mostly

I have some thoughts on this manga. The action in it is really engaging. It keeps you on the edge of your seat and makes you eager to see what happens next. However, there are also some aspects that I didn't quite like. At certain parts of the book, it got a little confusing. Maybe it was because of the complex plot or the rapid pace. Also, the romance in this manga felt a bit awkward to me. I'm not sure if it was the way it was developed or just my personal preference.

When it comes to the mood for reading this book, it can evoke a range of emotions. It has elements of adventure that will make your heart race and elements of romance that might tug at your heartstrings. The pace of the story is fast, which can be both a pro and a con. On one hand, it keeps the story moving and doesn't let you get bored. On the other hand, it might make you feel like you're missing some details.

As for the likable characters, I have to say that Light has a certain charm. He's a complex character with his own motives and desires. In fact, I like him so much that I might even say "Marry me, Light." Overall, despite the few drawbacks I mentioned in the dislikes, I'm still excited to start volume 7 and see where the story takes me.

**This is a spoiler free review (spoilers are hidden); it may contain spoilers for previous instalments in series (scroll down)**

Once again, the pace of this manga picks up significantly. This review will be rather short as there isn't an abundance to add.

It was an absolute blast to read. I simply couldn't put it down. Naturally, it wasn't without its flaws. The level of intrigue could have been a touch higher, and the twist at the end left me a bit confused (hence, I'll likely have to read volume 5 to fully comprehend it). Nevertheless, overall, it was a great deal of fun.

I truly adore the dynamic that Misa brings to the story. The way Light attempts to outwit L towards the end is captivating. I also love the will they/won't they situation regarding L's name. Additionally, I really liked how the Shinigami mythos is further expanded.

Honestly, I have no idea in which direction the next volume will head. .

Sidenote - this was published on my 1st birthday!!

This one was so much more exciting than those before them.

The thing that I hated the most was Misa. She really irritated me. I just couldn't bring myself to like her at all. She always acts in such an absolutely stupid way. It's truly frustrating.

However, on the other hand, Rem was a good Shinigami. She had her own charm and qualities that made her stand out. I found myself rather liking her character.

The contrast between Misa and Rem was quite striking. While Misa's actions were often annoying and senseless, Rem was more composed and had a certain dignity about her.

Overall, this installment had its highs and lows, with Misa being a major low point for me and Rem being a pleasant surprise.
