This is a really good product overall.

I was initially very impressed with its quality and performance. However, there was one aspect that slightly detracted from my experience.

The presence of Toya Koyo in certain parts felt a bit excessive. It just seemed to drag on and on, and I found myself getting bored during those sections.

If they could have reduced the amount of Toya Koyo or perhaps presented it in a more engaging way, I would have毫不犹豫地 given it a full 5 stars.

Nevertheless, despite this minor drawback, I still think this product is well worth considering.

It has many great features and functions that make it a great choice for anyone in need of such a product.

I would recommend it to others, but I would also suggest that they be prepared for the Toya Koyo parts that might not be to everyone's taste.

Overall, a solid 4.5 stars.

I truly have a great affection for this series. It holds a special place in my heart. I eagerly look forward to specific matches, and the anticipation builds up within me as the time approaches. The excitement is palpable.

Moreover, while waiting for those matches that I'm so extremely keen on, I also enjoy the various stories that unfold. These stories add an extra layer of charm and interest to the overall experience.

Sometimes, it's the backstories of the players, their struggles, and their triumphs. Other times, it's the drama and excitement that surrounds the matches themselves. All of these elements come together to make this series truly captivating.

I can't wait to see what the future holds for this series and what new matches and stories await me.

The book cover looks really nice.

It catches the eye immediately with its attractive design and colors. The artist has done a great job in creating a cover that not only represents the content of the book but also entices potential readers.

The details on the cover are精致 and add to its overall appeal. Whether it's the illustration, the font, or the layout, everything seems to be carefully thought out and executed.

A nice book cover can make a big difference in attracting readers and making them want to pick up the book and give it a try. It sets the tone for the reading experience and gives the reader an idea of what to expect.

In conclusion, the book cover is an important part of the book and this one definitely stands out for its niceness.

I am going to cry.

Tears are welling up in my eyes, threatening to spill over at any moment. The emotions inside me are so intense that I can hardly hold them back.

There could be many reasons for this impending outburst of tears. Maybe it's because of a recent disappointment, a difficult situation that I'm facing, or perhaps it's just a build-up of stress and pent-up emotions.

Whatever the cause, I know that crying is a natural way for me to release these feelings. It allows me to let go of the pain and sadness that I've been carrying around.

So, I'm going to embrace this moment and let the tears flow. I know that after I've cried, I'll feel a little bit better, a little bit lighter.

And who knows, maybe this release of emotions will even give me the strength and courage to face whatever comes next.

While still a fun read,

I felt like this book had a severe decline in the story.

It's not that the story was bad per se, but rather it was almost all filler.

There was a lack of real substance and progression, which was quite disappointing.

The plot seemed to meander aimlessly at times, and it didn't hold my attention as firmly as the previous volumes in the series.

However, despite its flaws, it was still an enjoyable read.

The characters were still engaging, and the author's writing style was as charming as ever.

But in my opinion, this is undoubtedly the weakest volume in the series.

It failed to live up to the high standards set by its predecessors and left me longing for a more exciting and fulfilling story.

I hope that the next volume will bring back the magic and excitement that made me fall in love with this series in the first place.

Although the final arc of this series would be an international go tournament, as a long-time reader, I couldn't help but feel that this series was limping to the finish. Sai, who had left the main cast several volumes ago, was nowhere to be found.

Moreover, it was difficult to get excited about a final boss whose only fault was an indirect slight against Shushaku, and by extension, Sai. It seemed a stretch to think that a faulty translation could amount to such malicious intent. That reporter character was truly a numbskull.

Nevertheless, the art and character design still remained top-notch. Hikaru had a subtle redesign, looking older now as he was finally growing into the role of a go professional.

This volume was still an interesting read, but the old magic that had accompanied Sai had long since vanished. It was a bittersweet feeling, as I continued to follow the story, knowing that it would soon come to an end.

Despite the flaws in the final arc, I still had hope that the series would conclude in a satisfying way, perhaps with some sort of resolution for Hikaru and his journey in the world of go.

I rate this 2.5 stars (just like vol. 20).

I read these chapters on the shonen jump app since I don't have vol. 21.

I should have finished this on Monday or Tuesday but unfortunately, I got a fever and had no energy on Tuesday. As a result, I didn't feel like reading anything. I really don't know how people have the energy to read when they're sick because all I wanted to do was sleep all day.

I felt a little better on Wednesday and Thursday but still, I didn't have the inclination to read anything. I still feel crappy but a bit better than before. I didn't even feel like posting on instagram since Monday and I usually post there almost every day.

I will try to finish the last two volumes this month.

I agree with some of the other reviewers here that aside from a few chapters, this volume felt like a filler volume. I feel like I've been misled about this series. When I started reading it, my mind was convinced that the series would progress in a certain way, but it went in a different direction that I don't like. I've mentioned this in previous reviews and I'll talk about it a bit more here.

Even though I didn't understand how to play go (and I still don't), I still enjoyed it because of Hikaru and Sai's friendship and Hikaru's friendships with his schoolmates. While I understand why Sai had to leave the series, I don't understand why his old friendships were handled the way they were by the writer and I still don't like that he left. It feels like after he left, this series became dull, especially this volume and the last few.

I just realized that there is no final boss/villain for this series. I guess the guy who annoyed the reporter and Hikaru might be (I already forgot his name since he's a new character) but he doesn't really give that impression, not like Akashi in Kuroko's Basketball. Earlier in this series, I was hoping that Hikaru would somehow play against Sai as the final boss, having to face his mentor and see how much he's improved. I think that would be a more interesting and more fitting ending than what might actually happen.

As I mentioned in vol. 20, I'm annoyed that they keep using the term "strong" to describe a player when they really mean "good". Why not say, this player is really good or that they have excellent skills as a Go player? You can't say someone is strong in a board game that doesn't require physical strength. Sure, there is emotional strength, but I don't think that's what they mean when they say a player is strong.

I really want to drop this series but there are only 15 chapters left plus 2 bonus chapters (2 volumes), so I might as well finish it. I regret buying most of the volumes. I'm only missing 5 volumes (14, 15, 19, 21 and 23) because they are so hard to find at a reasonable price and I'm glad I never paid too much for them. Like I said, I enjoyed the first few volumes and some in between, but now I just want to be done with this series. I will probably end up selling most of my Hikaru no Go volumes after finishing it (only keeping the ones I really liked).

This volume's foreign language is written in ordinary hiragana. Before, it was always all in katakana and difficult to read. Volume 21 is enjoyable!

I'm really glad to see this change. It makes it much easier for me to understand and read the foreign language parts. Instead of struggling with the complex katakana, the hiragana is more familiar and accessible. It feels like a relief and makes reading this volume a more pleasant experience. I'm looking forward to seeing more volumes with this kind of improvement in the future.
