I just finished reading this series and I have to say that I truly loved it.

The romance between the main characters was depicted in a very nice way. It didn't progress too rapidly or too slowly, but rather at a steady pace. This made the development of their relationship feel natural and engaging.

I also adored the characters. They were not like those in other stories where the personality changes so abruptly that it seems as if they are entirely different people. Instead, these characters had consistent traits and growth throughout the series.

Although I might have preferred an even cuter romance, I was still satisfied with the way it ended. The conclusion tied up the loose ends and left me with a sense of fulfillment. Overall, this series was a great read and I would highly recommend it to others.

Sweet ending! That final fight was truly amazing!!!

Overall, I would rate this series a 3.5 out of 5 stars.

This series is widely loved, so I felt compelled to give it a read at least once. However, it's likely that once will be sufficient for me.

I'm not the most enthusiastic fan of isekai or adventure stories. Those who have a passion for these genres will probably appreciate this series more than I do.

Oh, and the romance aspect was somewhat lacking. If you're anticipating a romance on par with that of Yona and Hak, you'll be disappointed. The romance definitely takes a backseat to the overall story.

Despite its flaws, the series still has its redeeming qualities. The final fight was a real highlight, filled with excitement and action.

While it may not be a perfect series, it's still worth checking out if you're a fan of isekai or adventure.

Just don't go in expecting a great romance.

Synopsis:
The End is nigh! The encroaching darkness that has dogged Noriko and her tormented warrior Izark finally descends with full force as their corrupt foes within the government stage a final coup. With Noriko confined to her bed, Izark must now fight alone. However, hope may yet spring from an unexpected quarter.
Even so, should they manage to survive, the prophecy looms large and cannot be evaded. The era of the Sky Demon has arrived, and no one is prepared for the ultimate revelation. Will Noriko truly be the downfall of her first and only love? Discover all the answers and much more in the breathtaking conclusion of this epic manga.

My Thoughts:
This marks the final volume of the series, and my emotions are a complex mix of dread and anticipation. I dread its arrival because it signals the end of this captivating series, yet I渴望 it because I am eager to witness whether Noriko and Izark can overcome the prophecy that foretold they would only bring evil and destruction. And indeed, they manage to do just that. They have even unlocked the door to the world of light. It was a truly excellent conclusion. Everyone is collaborating to oust the corrupt officials from their positions in the various countries where the characters hail from.
It is rather a pity what befell Rachef, but I believe that in the end, Noriko and Izark reached him. Perhaps his soul will now find tranquility.
I think the manner in which the issue of Noriko's family was resolved was handled adeptly. I would never have foreseen that outcome. The only thing I might have wished for is a peek into their future. I would love to envision these two as parents. Overall, though, I am extremely satisfied with the way things have transpired.

Uhm, yeah, the ending was good but not as good as the rest of the series. It was too positive for my liking. Everything becomes good and evil is forgotten.

The ending seemed a bit too simplistic and one-sided. It didn't quite match the complexity and depth that the series had built up throughout. I would have preferred a more nuanced conclusion that took into account the grey areas between good and evil.

Apart from that, this was a very good series. I'm glad I've bought it. It's funny 'cause I got a lot of second-hand ex-library copy and every one comes from a different place. Most of them are in a very good condition so I can't complain.

The fact that I was able to find so many second-hand copies in good condition was a pleasant surprise. It's interesting to think about the different journeys these books have taken before ending up in my hands.

I really like the protagonists, both Noriko and Izark. Noriko because she plays an active role in the plot. Izark... well, I think I prefer Tamahome from Fushigi Yugi to Izark but it's a good male lead. I mean, he always respects Noriko and he treats her as an equal.

Noriko is a strong and independent character who drives the story forward. Izark, on the other hand, is a likeable male lead who has a great relationship with Noriko. Their mutual respect and equality make their interactions believable and engaging.

Even the secondary characters are good. I like Doros and his Chimos, but also Gaya and her sister are quite funny.

The secondary characters add depth and variety to the story. They have their own unique personalities and contribute to the overall atmosphere of the series.

Well, overall that was a very good reading. It had its flaws, but the good definitely outweighed the bad. I would recommend this series to anyone who enjoys a good adventure story with strong characters and a engaging plot.

It was a rather unfocused, yet not entirely dissatisfying conclusion.

Similar to some of the other readers, I held the opinion that the first half of the series was significantly better than the second half.

A considerable number of the events that took place during volumes 10 - 12 appeared to be necessary.

At the very least, it wasn't truly an overly long series.

This lack of focus in the ending might have left some readers with a sense of incompleteness, but it also had its redeeming qualities.

The first half's strength perhaps set a high standard that the second half struggled to meet.

However, the events in volumes 10 - 12, although perhaps not as engaging as those in the earlier volumes, still played an important role in tying up loose ends and bringing the story to a close.

Overall, while the series had its flaws, it wasn't a total disappointment.

This movie would have easily been a five-star masterpiece if it wasn't for that absolute clusterfuck of an ending. It was such a huge letdown.

The build-up throughout the film was truly captivating. The story had me on the edge of my seat, with great characters and a thrilling plot. I was completely invested in what was happening.

However, when it came to the ending, it felt like all of that hard work and anticipation was for nothing. It was rushed, convoluted, and just didn't make sense. It seemed like the filmmakers had no idea how to properly conclude the story, and as a result, it left a sour taste in my mouth.

Overall, I was really disappointed with the ending. It's a shame because the rest of the movie was so good. I would still recommend it to others, but I would definitely warn them about the ending. Maybe they'll be able to overlook it and enjoy the film for what it is.

I absolutely adored this.

It may not be to everyone's taste, but it is most definitely right up my alley.

The story was simply adorable, filled with wonderful lessons and engaging characters.

Now, is it flawless? No, it isn't.

However, it was perfect for me.

I can envision myself rereading these pages time and time again.

Each time I pick it up, I am sure to discover something new and be charmed all over again.

The lessons it imparts are ones that I will carry with me, and the characters will remain in my heart.

This is truly a gem of a book that I will cherish for a long time.

Satisfying but bittersweet.

I'm truly not prepared to part ways with this world. I have an intense desire to know what unfolds next. Do they really live happily ever after? After all that this couple has endured, I wholeheartedly hope that is the case.

I simply can't express enough how much I adored this series. I can't help but draw a comparison to Fushigi Yuugi, and I wish this series had achieved the same level of popularity. To be honest, I firmly believe that Noriko is, by a wide margin, the superior heroine of the two. She is much stronger and more willing to delve deep within herself and give her all. However, if she ever seems a little one-dimensional, it's solely because the author never seemed to have sufficient space to provide more in-depth character development, as the pacing simply didn't permit it.

I was truly heartbroken to close the book at the end. I yearn for more!
