I stayed up past 3 AM reading this volume. To be completely honest, I truly cannot recall the last time I've done that for a manga. So, this review is going to be more of a gushing session than anything else.

I absolutely adore Hanged Man. He is such an incredibly creative monster. I'm truly shocked that this concept hasn't been utilized in some sort of horror movie to receive massive acclaim. This character has the potential to become a staple monster trope, right alongside Freddy Krueger and Chucky. He's freaky because you can never be certain that there isn't something reflective somewhere. It could be a monitor that hasn't been turned on, a freshly mopped floor, a shiny window in a crowded city, or someone's glasses. This guy can approach you from so many different angles, and there's so much that you have to take into consideration. And the sheer cleverness in having him reflect in people's eyes is only surpassed by how Kakyoin manages to get out of that situation. He plays on our social anxieties, specifically our fear of being the center of attention. And the longer people stare at you, the closer you are to a horrible death. It's truly amazing.

And Hol Horse is just an absolute ton of fun. He's a sleazy cowboy who flees the moment things aren't in his favor. And he just shouts, "I'm running away because I love you. And I will love you forever." This guy doesn't even attempt to hide the fact that he's a flake, and it's great.

Joseph vs the Empress was really quite enjoyable. Anytime grandpa Joseph is the focus, it's a good time. It's a nice treat to see him still attempting to use hamon in this new world of stands. He's like the last holdout of a forgotten practice.

Wheel of Fortune is a nice variation, employing car-based combat and involving the entire party for once.

I had a great deal of fun with this volume. It features a nice variety of enemy designs, creating a wide range of tones between each encounter that never clash.

The story up until this point is a bit of a jumble and rather difficult to make sense of.

However, I have to admit that I am truly enamored with the art.

The details and the style are just so captivating.

And let's not forget about the characters.

They are simply awesome!

Each one has their own unique charm and personality.

It's like they jump right off the page and into your heart.

Despite the confusion in the story, the art and the characters keep me hooked and eager to see what comes next.

I can't wait to explore more of this wonderful world that has been created.

Maybe as the story unfolds, everything will start to make more sense and I'll be able to fully appreciate the genius behind it all.

For now, I'll just continue to enjoy the beautiful art and the amazing characters.

I believe that I am beginning to understand why this arc has marked the start of success for many fans.

There is indeed a truly crazy and gory charm in this journey around the world, in this team of characters, and especially in the inventiveness of these enemies and these monsters.

The story unfolds in a way that keeps the readers on the edge of their seats, constantly eager to know what will happen next.

The unique setting and the diverse cast of characters add depth and richness to the narrative.

Each enemy and monster presents a new challenge, testing the skills and courage of the protagonists.

The inventiveness of their designs and abilities make them both terrifying and fascinating.

It is this combination of elements that makes this arc so captivating and appealing to fans.

It has become a favorite among many, leaving a lasting impression and generating a lot of excitement and discussion.

As the story progresses, I can't wait to see what other adventures and surprises await the characters.

I'm sure it will continue to be a thrilling and unforgettable experience.

3 Stars.

I still think it doesn't sit well with me that the Hamon technique has been left aside. Given that it was delved into in the first two parts, it feels a bit off.

Although the concept of Stands seems very good to me, knowing that it refers to something more universal and something that many more characters can have access to. However, something that makes me doubt is actually what requirements must be met to be a Stand user.

I still think Jotaro is a Jerry Stu, but I'm starting to find a liking for him.

Maybe it's because of his development throughout the story or the unique abilities his Stand possesses. Despite my initial reservations, I can't help but be intrigued by his character.

As the story progresses, I hope to see more exploration of the Stand concept and how it affects the various characters. Will there be new Stand users introduced? What kind of abilities will they have? These are the questions that keep me engaged with the series.

Overall, while there are some aspects that I'm not completely satisfied with, I'm still enjoying the story and looking forward to seeing what comes next.

Okay, I admit. I'm truly starting to relish in the captivating story of JoJo and his gangs with superpowers. It's an absolute delight to discover new superpowers one after the other, each more astonishing than the last. What I also appreciate is that the story doesn't solely revolve around the JoJos (Jotaro and Joseph). This volume commences without the presence of the two JoJos, and the namesake of this series only makes an appearance two-thirds of the way into the book.

Oh, and I have a particular fondness for this "new" version of old Joseph. He serves as more of a comic relief here, not taking himself too seriously. (I'm gradually getting accustomed to his "old man speech pattern" as well.) However, there is one aspect that I truly detest. I HATE HOW THE NAMELESS LITTLE GIRL SWOONS OVER JOTARO. It just seems out of place and a bit irritating to me.
