This book is truly a laugh a minute. It's so entertaining that you should definitely go ahead and grab a copy.

I really don't know how to categorize this book. It could be women's fiction, humor, or Chick lit. I guess it's all of the above.

It's wickedly good fun. Nancy, a preschool teacher living in NYC, is single, actually divorced. She's bored with her life, her job, and her singleness.

Then another lady moves into her apartment building. And this lady has the SAME name as our Nancy, the same first name and last.

They start receiving each other's mail. Which would be fine except Nancy One, the preschool teacher, starts getting invites to celebrity parties, benefits, and her phone starts ringing with international playboys asking her out. Turns out Nancy two is a beautiful jet setter and reporter whose job it is to interview just about anyone who has fame to their name. Needless to say, it starts making our teacher feel pretty sad about her own life.

When the phone rings one night and Teacher Nancy hears a really nice wholesome sounding guy on the other line asking for a date, she accepts, even though the guy thinks she is Nancy the reporter.

This is a delightful comedy/romance/mystery that kind of puts the F in fun and made me howl with laughter in some spots. Teacher Nancy is a great storyteller and there is much more story to be told than I have covered here. This is such a solid 5-star read, such a fun zippy little book that I highly recommend anyone reading this to pick up a copy now!

One day, the other Nancy decides to go on a blind date meant for Fancy Nancy and ends up hitting it off with a gentleman named Bill.

This is an excellent book filled with mystery, mistaken identity, mix-ups, and even a touch of murder. It has all the elements to keep readers on the edge of their seats.

The only reason I didn't rate this book as a 5-star is because I felt the love story was a bit rushed. It seemed to progress too quickly, which made it slightly annoying. However, this minor flaw didn't overshadow the overall enjoyment I had while reading this book.

Silly and fun is a wonderful combination that can bring joy and laughter into our lives.

It allows us to let go of our inhibitions and embrace the lighter side of things.

I read this book a while ago. To be honest, the only thing that really sticks in my mind is the big showdown scene. It was quite an unusual one. The protagonist and her love interest found themselves in a preschool, facing off against some gangsters. And what were they using as weapons? Play-dough! Yes, you heard that right. The gangsters were trying to steal a diamond, and in this rather comical and unexpected turn of events, the hero and heroine were throwing play-dough at them. As I think about it now, it kind of sounds like the finale of a 90s kids movie. You know those movies where there would be these crazy, over-the-top situations that always managed to be both entertaining and a little bit absurd. This scene from the book definitely had that same kind of charm and quirkiness.

One positive point is the messages that the story wanted to convey: the acceptance of oneself and that the grass on the neighbor's side is not always greener.

This was the first book I read by this author, but it disappointed me a bit. I'm not interested in reading anything else by her.

It almost seemed as if the author had decided to wrap up the story prematurely in order to make room for a snippet of another book. This left me with a sense of dissatisfaction, as I felt that the story could have been developed further and given a more satisfying conclusion.
