I know it's all true. It's not just a simple statement; it's a realization that dawned on me after much thought and experience.

Every fact and every detail that I have come across has convinced me of its authenticity. However, knowing something is true is only the first step. The real challenge lies in putting it into practice.

Practice is the key to turning knowledge into action. It requires effort, dedication, and perseverance. It means stepping out of our comfort zones and facing the uncertainties and difficulties that come our way.

But I am determined to take this step. I understand that only through practice can I truly understand and internalize the truth. I am ready to embrace the challenges and learn from my mistakes.

I know it won't be easy, but I believe that with each attempt, I will get closer to achieving my goal. So, I will keep practicing,不断努力, until I make it a part of my daily life.

A good steward that was Jesus.

He was not all spiritual, but also physical.

He took great care of his body by consuming nutritious food, for His body was the temple of the Holy Ghost.

His dietary intake could not be a better example for us to follow.

We should also enjoy eating, but at the same time, be mindful of what we put into our bodies.

Just as Jesus did, we need to understand the importance of nourishing our physical selves in a healthy way.

This means choosing foods that are rich in essential nutrients and avoiding those that are harmful or excessive.

By being conscious of our eating habits, we can better take care of our bodies and live a more fulfilling life.

Let us look to Jesus as our guide and strive to be good stewards of our own physical temples.

This was truly interesting and it also comprehensively explained the Jewish way of eating.

It makes a great deal of sense.

After learning about it, I now have a strong desire to find a kosher butcher.

Kosher food follows specific religious laws and regulations, which govern everything from the selection of ingredients to the preparation and cooking methods.

Understanding the Jewish way of eating not only provides insights into their rich cultural and religious traditions but also offers a unique perspective on food and its significance.

Finding a kosher butcher will allow me to explore and experience this distinct cuisine firsthand.

I look forward to the opportunity to taste the delicious and wholesome kosher foods that are prepared with care and attention to detail.

It will be an exciting adventure in culinary discovery.

A very good perspective in glorifying God with our body is that our body is a temple of the Holy Spirit. We are called to take care of this temple, not only for our own well-being but also to honor God. By keeping our body healthy through proper diet, exercise, and rest, we are showing respect for the gift that God has given us.

Moreover, we can use our body to serve others and to do good works. Whether it is through volunteering, helping a neighbor, or simply being kind and compassionate, our actions can have a positive impact on those around us. In this way, we are using our body to glorify God and to spread His love and message.

Finally, we should remember that our body is a reflection of our inner self. When we have a positive attitude, a kind heart, and a spirit of love, it will show in our physical appearance. We should strive to be the best version of ourselves, both inside and out, so that we can bring glory to God and be a witness to His grace and mercy.

I truly adored every single aspect of the book.

I understand. Jesus may not be considered "cool" by the effete, intellectual, and secular crowd.

However, this book, beyond its connection to the Bible, is firmly grounded in solid science and nutrition.

I am Catholic, but that doesn't mean I can't think rationally.

If you don't wish to base your diet on what Jesus ate, that's okay.

But a Mediterranean diet, which includes kosher meats and foods, along with plenty of walking and water consumption, sounds perfectly reasonable even if you think religion is stupid.

This diet has been shown to have numerous health benefits, such as reducing the risk of heart disease, stroke, and certain cancers.

It emphasizes whole grains, fruits, vegetables, nuts, and olive oil, while limiting red meat and processed foods.

So, whether you believe in Jesus or not, you might want to consider giving this diet a try for the sake of your health.

I really enjoyed reading this book.

Although it didn't explore in as much depth as I would have liked regarding what the ancient Israelites ate, which is distinct from modern foods, it still had some interesting aspects.

There was a useful list of good ideas for a week's worth of meals, and it even included one or two recipes, such as marinara and salad dressing.

I would have loved to see more recipes. In fact, a "What Would Jesus Eat" cookbook has been released recently, and I'm planning to check it out.

Overall, for a person who is just beginning to look into this particular way of eating, this book serves as a good starting point. It provides some basic information and ideas that can help one get started on exploring this dietary approach.

However, for those who are more interested in a comprehensive and in-depth study of the ancient Israelite diet, this book may fall a bit short. Nevertheless, it still has its merits and can be a valuable resource for those who are curious about this topic.

Dr. Colbert does an excellent job in taking what the Bible states about food. He combines it with the insights from archeology regarding the area, and plausibly hypothesizes what Jesus ate.

The reality is that today, the food we consume, even whole foods, is different from that in Jesus' era due to hormones, pesticides, and genetic modification. Dr. Colbert elaborates on many of these aspects, such as processed oils and processed grains, in a comprehensive yet understandable manner. The bread mentioned in the Bible is not even remotely similar to the bread available in supermarkets (unless one only buys pita, and even then it's not identical).

The only criticism or perhaps a word of caution I have is that some of the claims he makes, especially regarding eggs and meat, are based on study results that have been disputed by other studies.

Nevertheless, I believe that if one desires to eat in the way Jesus ate, this is one of the finest essays I have encountered that can assist one in achieving that goal as best as possible in today's world.

**Title: A Gimmick? But the Program is Common Sense**

Many people might be initially drawn in by a catchy title that seems like a gimmick. However, upon closer inspection, they realize that the program it represents is actually based on common sense. It's not about flashy or outlandish ideas, but rather about practical and straightforward concepts that we often overlook.

The program might cover various aspects of our daily lives, such as health, relationships, or work. It presents simple yet effective strategies that can help us make better decisions and lead more fulfilling lives.

So, while the title may have caught our attention, it's the substance of the program that truly matters. It reminds us that sometimes, the most valuable things are right in front of us, and we just need to open our eyes and pay attention.
