A great introduction to the captivating world of lucid dreaming awaits you in this book. It not only delves into the fascinating realm but also provides valuable insights on how to acquire the skills to lucid dream on your own. Personally, I have yet to achieve a truly lucid dream, but I have noticed some progress, which gives me hope for greater success in the future.


The author has included a plethora of different exercises for the reader to practice, aiming to transform them into an oneironaut. What I found particularly impressive was the clarity and thoroughness of the explanations. Each exercise was presented in a way that made it easy to understand and implement.


Moreover, the book offers numerous examples of how lucid dreaming can have a profound impact on one's real life. Although it is an older publication and the research might be a bit outdated, I firmly believe that this is still the ideal starting point for anyone eager to explore the mysteries of lucid dreaming. It serves as a comprehensive guide that equips you with the necessary knowledge and tools to embark on this exciting journey.

This is an excellent guide for beginners interested in Lucid Dreaming.

It provides a wealth of much-needed information and serves as a novice guide or tutorial to Oneironauting.

The author has included many anecdotes, which some might find useful, but for those seeking more technical details like myself, it didn't quite meet all my needs.

However, it is still a great book for starters as it has reviews and notes to help remember the information.

Although I already knew most of the content, the reviews seemed a bit redundant and took up space with information that had already been stated.

Overall, it offers a good overview of what LDing is all about and is a valuable resource for those just starting out on their Lucid Dreaming journey.

One of the main takeaways of this book is that in order to be able to remember dreams and achieve lucidity, one has to be intentional about dreaming before going to bed.


I deliberately spaced the listening sessions (audiobook) over the past few weeks to have enough time to assimilate the different techniques explained in the book. Just by doing that, it helped increase the frequency of dreams that I could remember and log in a dream journal.


However, it is indeed quite a challenge to reach lucidity in a dream. Just like any other skill or craft, this will require practice over months and even years. But it definitely sounds worth it.


The concept of being intentional about dreaming before sleep is fascinating. It implies that we can take an active role in influencing our dream experiences. By spacing out the listening sessions and taking the time to understand the techniques, I was able to notice a difference in my dream recall. This shows that with a little effort and consistency, we can improve our ability to remember dreams.


Achieving lucidity in a dream, on the other hand, is no easy feat. It requires practice and patience. But the idea of being able to control our dreams and have conscious awareness within them is truly exciting. It opens up a whole new world of possibilities and experiences.


Overall, this book has provided me with valuable insights into the world of dreams and has inspired me to continue exploring this fascinating topic. I look forward to seeing how my dream experiences evolve as I continue to practice the techniques and strive for lucidity.

Hey,

those of us who don't do drugs have to find other ways to get that trippy, mind-blowing experience. Just because we choose to stay away from the dangerous and illegal world of drugs doesn't mean we have to miss out on the excitement and adventure. There are so many legal and healthy alternatives out there. We can explore the beauty of nature, go on a hiking trip and be amazed by the breathtaking landscapes. We can also immerse ourselves in art, whether it's visiting a museum or creating our own masterpieces. Music can be another source of that trippy feeling, as we let the rhythm and melody transport us to another place. And let's not forget about the power of imagination. By reading a good book or daydreaming, we can create our own trippy worlds. So, don't think that not doing drugs means a dull and uneventful life. There are countless ways to get our trippy rocks off and have an amazing time.
