In infancy, more than anyone, the baby needs the mother, and the mother also feels this responsibility. The mother and the baby are one together. One's pain is the other's pain, and miraculously, they easily communicate their conditions to each other. During this period, it is beneficial for your child that the mother is relaxed and happy because the child will receive the same feeling. However, if the mother is worried and anxious, the same feelings and symptoms of worry and anxiety will also appear in her child, which will undoubtedly have a negative impact on the fate of the baby and the formation of his personality. The mother is always worried that maybe her child is in danger or that she is not a perfect mother. Perhaps her crying means that she is not a good mother, and given that she cries regularly, it is very likely that she has made mistakes in doing things and... In this way, she is in distress, and in any case, such negative feelings are transmitted to the child through an invisible wire, causing stress and, as a result, restlessness and more crying in him as well.

This shows the crucial importance of a mother's state of mind during the infancy period. It is essential for the mother to take care of her own emotional well-being to ensure the healthy growth and development of the child. By being calm and positive, the mother can create a nurturing environment that will have a lasting impact on the child's life.

Additionally, it is also important for the family and society to provide support and understanding to the mother during this challenging time. This can include things like providing practical help with childcare, offering emotional support, and creating a positive and encouraging atmosphere.

In conclusion, the relationship between the mother and the baby in infancy is a special and vital one. By taking care of herself and receiving the support she needs, the mother can ensure that her child has the best possible start in life.

Great info. This resource would truly be a valuable recommendation for any parent who is grappling with the challenges of scheduling and behavior, as these two aspects are closely intertwined. Jo presents some really great common sense ideas that have proven to be effective. However, I only gave it 3 stars. The reason being that I have already utilized most of the methods mentioned. As a result, for me, it was more of a refresher or a brushing up on what I already knew, rather than being a source of completely riveting new information. Nevertheless, for those parents who are new to these concepts and are in need of practical solutions, this could potentially be a game-changer.

If you have watched and loved the show, then you are likely to enjoy this as well.

She delves into a wide range of topics that are relevant to parenting, with a particular emphasis on young children. However, don't anticipate an abundance of detailed information.

This is mainly a concise look at the strategies employed by Jo. It offers a general framework for approaching problems or potential issues, similar to the level of explanation she provides on the Supernanny show.

It can be quite helpful and is a quick read. But if you are seeking a comprehensive book on parenting, don't rely on this as your primary source of information.

Nonetheless, it does offer some valuable insights and can serve as a useful supplement to your parenting knowledge.

Odie bought me this book for Mother's Day one year.

He knows just how much I LOVE watching Supernanny.

When I was pregnant with Erik, that show truly scared me to death.

But now, I find myself laughing at it.

The book is really just an overview of child development.

It also covers how to handle various aspects such as eating, sleeping, potty training, and naughty chairs.

I did like it, but to be honest, it's nothing that we haven't heard before.

What really sold us on the book was her face.

I simply LOVE Jo Jo!

She has such a charming and engaging presence.

The book, while not offering completely new information, still provides a useful refresher and some practical tips.

It's a nice addition to my collection of parenting resources.

Overall, I'm glad Odie thought to get it for me.

This book is really very good for anyone who has a small child or will eventually become a parent one day.

It presents important and simple points regarding the upbringing and behavior with children from the moment they are born until the age of 3-4 years.

The book explains the important principles of behavior regarding various issues such as setting limits and boundaries, rules, nutrition, sleep, misbehavior, and the education of children.

It is truly necessary that both mothers and fathers read this book.

By reading it, parents can gain valuable insights and practical advice on how to raise their children in a healthy and positive way.

It can help them to better understand the needs and behaviors of their children, and to respond in an appropriate and effective manner.

Overall, this book is a great resource for parents who want to provide the best possible care and upbringing for their children.

I gave it 4 stars because a lot of the information was rather obvious or "duh". However, I do understand that some parents might not perceive it that way.

It actually had some great ideas regarding various aspects that I am currently facing difficulties with.

I have resorted to spanking on extremely rare and necessary occasions, which is completely contrary to what Supernanny would recommend. But I am still open to incorporating her ideas as well.

After all, different parenting methods can offer valuable insights and it's important to be flexible and willing to learn from different sources.

Maybe by combining my own experiences and the suggestions from Supernanny, I can find a more effective way to raise my children and deal with the challenges that come my way.

Overall, despite the fact that some of the information seemed basic to me, I still think there is value in this resource for many parents.

I feel that for me, the title was more important than the book itself.

The title is often the first thing that catches a reader's attention. It has the power to pique curiosity and make someone want to pick up the book and explore further.

In my case, the title held a special allure. It seemed to promise something unique and interesting. It set my expectations high and made me eager to discover what lay within the pages.

As I delved into the book, I found that while the content was good, it didn't quite live up to the promise of the title. The title had created a certain image in my mind, and the book didn't fully match that image.

However, this didn't mean that the book was bad. It was still an enjoyable read, but the title had simply set the bar too high.

Overall, I still believe that the title is an essential part of a book. It can make or break a reader's decision to pick it up and give it a chance.

So, when it comes to writing a book, authors should pay close attention to the title and make sure it accurately represents the essence of the story.

Only then can they truly engage their readers and draw them into the world of their creation.

I have learned that the most effective way of parenting your child is to have fun with your child and enjoy his or her presence.

When we are with children, we should be happy and full of energy.

This approach not only helps to build a strong bond between parents and children but also allows children to grow up in a positive and healthy environment.

By spending quality time with our children, we can better understand their needs, interests, and personalities.

This knowledge can then be used to provide more targeted and effective parenting.

In addition, having fun with our children can also help to reduce stress and improve our own well-being.

So, let's make the most of our time with our children and create many wonderful memories together.

It was good.

I think I've read an excessive number of parenting books. The reason is that she didn't convey a great deal of information that I hadn't already come across elsewhere. However, it should be noted that she was far more concise than the majority of the books I've perused.

For the most part, I was pleased that her presentation was brief and to the point. This allowed for a quick and easy understanding of the key concepts. Nevertheless, there were times when I would have appreciated having an example to further clarify a particular point.

One aspect that I truly liked about her approach was that she didn't make unfounded claims of having scientifically proved information. Instead, she was very upfront and honest in stating, "This is what works for me and I've been doing this for 15 years." This authenticity and practicality made her advice more relatable and trustworthy.

Overall, although the content wasn't entirely new to me, I still found value in her concise and straightforward manner of sharing her parenting experiences and insights.

A lot of common sense things are presented in this parenting book.

It offers various techniques that, in my opinion, are quite effective.

Although I wish there had been more in-depth and helpful information on specific topics like dealing with picky eaters,

overall, I still think this is a good parenting resource.

The author has managed to cover a wide range of parenting issues and provides practical advice that can be easily implemented.

The book is written in a clear and understandable language, making it accessible to parents of all levels of experience.

It offers valuable insights into the challenges of raising children and offers solutions that can help parents navigate through these difficulties.

Despite its few shortcomings, I would highly recommend this book to any parent who is looking for some useful parenting tips and techniques.

I ended up getting this book

because it was one of the few on discipline at the library at the time.

Initially, I didn't have high expectations for it

since it was based off a TV show.

However, to my surprise, it contained a wealth of great advice

that was not only easy to understand but also practical and implementable.

The author presented the concepts in a clear and concise manner

making it accessible to readers of all backgrounds.

Each chapter was filled with real-life examples

that illustrated the points being made.

Overall, I was very impressed with this book

and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for practical advice on discipline.

It has truly been a valuable resource for me

and I will be referring back to it often.
