A scenario influenced by determinism, regarding the idea that all of us, despite the inevitability of death, continue to live somewhere. This concept presents an interesting perspective on the human condition. It makes us wonder if there is indeed a place or state beyond our earthly existence where we persist. Papa's recommendation ❤️ adds a personal touch to this thought-provoking idea. It could be that Papa has some deep insights or beliefs that lead him to suggest this particular scenario. Maybe he has had experiences or reflections that have convinced him of the possibility of continued life after death. In any case, it is a topic that invites further exploration and consideration. We can't help but be intrigued by the idea of what lies beyond the realm of the known.

Human beings and their choices play a crucial role in shaping their lives and the world around them. Every day, we are faced with numerous decisions, big and small. These choices can have far-reaching consequences, not only for ourselves but also for others. For example, the choice to pursue a particular career path can determine our future opportunities and financial stability. Similarly, the choice to treat others with kindness and respect can build strong relationships and a harmonious society. However, making the right choices is not always easy. It requires careful consideration of various factors, such as our values, goals, and the potential outcomes. We also need to be willing to take risks and learn from our mistakes. In conclusion, our choices define who we are and what we become. Therefore, it is essential that we make informed and conscious decisions that align with our true selves and contribute to the greater good.

Pierre had a unique way to blow things.

He would approach the object with a sense of determination.

First, he would take a deep breath, as if gathering all his strength.

Then, with a forceful exhale, he would direct the air towards the target.

His technique was not only effective but also quite impressive to watch.

Whether it was a small piece of paper or a larger object, Pierre could always manage to blow it with precision.

Sometimes, he would even experiment with different angles and intensities of his breath to achieve the desired result.

His friends were always amazed by his ability and would often ask him to demonstrate his "way to blow it."

Pierre took pride in his skill and continued to practice and refine it, always looking for new ways to improve.

Overall, his way to blow it was truly one-of-a-kind.

YOLO! (One lives only once.)

After a few weeks, I bumped up the rating to 4*. This is because I keep thinking about the little girl part of the story. It's like a parenthesis that is lost in the rest of the action. However, it seems to be the real essence. The idea that you can change "fate" by doing just one thing today to assist another person is truly valid existentialist wisdom. Chasing after fame, or magical love, or the grand gesture that saves the world are all different matters. So, the clock is not only ticking for your entire life but also for each and every day, just like today. We should all strive to make a positive impact on someone else's life, no matter how small the act may seem. Because in the end, it's these small acts of kindness that can truly change the world.

A young man asks:

Is it possible for a human being to start his life anew?

The old man and the woman look at each other hesitantly. Then, with a kind smile, they say:

"Give it a try."

"Yes! Give it a try."

It was short and interesting!

The translator, in the preface of the book, briefly compares the similarities and differences in the ideas of the enthusiasts of existentialism, and reading it is not without charm.

Existentialism is a philosophical movement that emphasizes individual freedom and choice. It explores the meaning and purpose of human existence in a complex and often chaotic world. The enthusiasts of existentialism may have different interpretations and applications of its ideas, but they all share a common concern for the human condition.

This short dialogue between the young man and the older couple can be seen as a microcosm of the existentialist exploration. The young man's question reflects his longing for a fresh start, for a way to break free from the constraints of the past and create a new future. The couple's response, "Give it a try," encourages the young man to take the leap and embrace the unknown.

In conclusion, this short text offers a glimpse into the world of existentialism and its exploration of the human search for meaning and purpose. It reminds us that we always have the power to choose and that every new beginning is an opportunity for growth and self-discovery.

Death comes to us all eventually, but it is only then that we realize we have unfinished business and need another chance to complete them.

In the world of men in this book, there is only one law for returning, and that is love.

He and she take this path. They return to life, and it is precisely at that moment that they understand the work from the past.

A passage from the book:

Man always dies either soon or late!

The story of a man and a woman who die.

Then they enter the world of the dead. The world of the dead is the same world, with the difference that the dead walk around and turn for themselves but are not seen by the living. They are pushed and looked at by the living in their work.

The man was the leader of the resistance group against the deputy sultan and was killed one day before the great revolution. The woman was the wife of the head of the guard who was informed about the resistance map.

In the world of the dead, the man realizes that his friend's map is lost. He goes to the park hopelessly and there he sees the woman and falls in love with her. For no reason. They just see each other and fall in love. (In my opinion, this is illogical and a weakness. The author just wants these two to fall in love so that he can follow the rest of the written events.) They want to embrace each other like in the world of the living, but they know they can't. Until they realize that on one condition they can return to the world of the living. On the condition that they are there for a day and a night and prove their love to each other.

As if only love can be the magic of their coming back to life.

They return to life. In order to prove their love, they must forget their previous life. The man's friends don't believe his words that he brought information from the world of the dead. The woman also wants to tell her sister not to marry her husband.

The man and the woman are involved in their previous world and finally can't face any of the events. On the other hand, they can't prove their love either because they were after their own affairs.

They die again and are lost in the world of the dead.

This was the plot of this play.

Sartre wrote the script of this book. Of course, not the ordinary plays that are made up of dialogues. He just classified the scenes and locations like a play and under each location, he wrote the situation and dialogues like a novel.

In my opinion, the writing was very ordinary. From the point of view of literature and prose, there was nothing interesting. Everything is limited to the description of events and the plot. Of course,

maybe it can't be criticized too much because it is a play. It's not a novel.

Until the middle of the story, the characters have no goal. They are just dead and have turned for themselves and seen the world behind the scenes. For this reason, it will be tiring.

Of course, because of the smoothness of the prose, no one will put the book on the ground. But the fact that the characters' tasks are not clear yet, their goals are not clear, in my opinion, is a weakness in the presentation of the text.

It is from the middle that their mission, to return to the world of the living, is determined and it can be said that it becomes presentational and takes on a dramatic form.

Finally, it was a story that was highly based on philosophy. I haven't read the books of existentialism and the essence of man. I can't make a connection that the plot has what connection with Sartre's philosophy, but from the way the events are arranged, it can be understood that the author didn't have much concern for writing a presentational situation but just wanted to say his philosophical words in the context of the story.

It can be concluded that the man and the woman have returned to life. They have become in control again to change the past. But they can't. The control has not been taken away from them, but for the second time they will make the same choices as in the past and finally "work is from past work."

But this is my personal opinion.

Personally, I'm not a fan of presenting philosophical ideas in the form of stories and literature. For example, I can't establish a connection with Nietzsche's literary writings. I say: "Well, stop talking. Why do you bring so many metaphors and such things."

Of course, many people also disagree. Many of my friends completely like these texts, Nietzsche, Sartre, and others. But they are not my style.

Of course, Camus is different from all these writers. His works, apart from any philosophical or meaningful words they have, are also strong, complete, and worthy of examination from a literary point of view.

“Ah ah, if I had my current mind, would I ever do this?” or “What wouldn't I give to go back 10 - 15 years?” In daily life, we probably encounter such sentences frequently; perhaps we even say them to ourselves. But unfortunately, we cannot go back to the past. At least, Stephen Hawking, one of the most authoritative people on this subject, says that this is not possible and summarizes its scientific basis in the book "The Brief History of Time" as follows: “Let's think that we go back to the past with a time machine and kill our grandfather when he is still a small child. In this case, we would never have been born. So if we weren't born, who killed our grandfather by going back to the past with a time machine?” It is quite natural to understand that going back to the past is not possible with this logical deduction called the “Grandfather Paradox”.

But what if such a thing were possible? Which decision/moment that we chose/didn't choose or took/didn't take would we want to change? Many of us, not thinking selfishly, might think of interfering in the critical turning points/events in the history of humanity and changing these moments. But if we stay true to the book and think only about our own lives, which moment/choice would we want to change? For example, the moments when we met the people who entered our lives and we don't even want to see anymore? The moment when we encoded our career choice in the small square codes on the ÖSS form and submitted it? Or the day when we shouted “yes” with great excitement and signed the marriage register? Well, then, what portion of the unfortunate moments that we sacrificed our lives to change was “our own free choice” and what portion was the imposition/necessity of the “circumstances” we were in?

The story begins with two people from different classes, who have never met in real life and are, so to speak, from different worlds, meeting and falling in love after they die. According to the relevant article of the constitution of the dead, this couple, who were created for each other, are allowed to return to the world to live the love that they never met in their health and were unjustly deprived of. There is only one condition: They must make love, putting their love above everything else within 24 hours.

Don't die without reading this masterpiece in which the great writer and thinker Jean Paul Sartre, who is considered the father of existentialist philosophy, gave place to a materialist view of the world and explained that man is a result of the choices forced by the circumstances; because you may not be allowed to return to the world to read it again. Have a good reading...

I read that the dice were cast for the first time in a garden in Holte on a winter's day a long time ago. I was waiting for a lady who was supposed to have fixed her computer. She was significantly late, and I used the waiting time to tramp the snow flat in the garden while I magically turned the pages of Sartre's story about Pierre and Eve, who get the chance to choose life if they can choose love within a day.

I can't remember if I fixed the computer, but I will never forget that fascinating reading experience and the feelings that the novel awakened in my young mind. Now I have reread it over a few days on the commuter train between Køge and Høje Taastrup, and unfortunately the magic was gone. Whether it is my adult mind that is not carried away in the same way, or whether the book is simply a youth novel, I will not bother to figure out. It is fine enough, a bit artificially constructed, a bit old in structure and a bit simple in its problem formulation.

The memory was better. I should not have picked it up again.

Can a human being start his life anew?

This book was very good.

It made me think deeply about the concept of starting over.

Sometimes in life, we face difficulties and setbacks that make us feel like we need a fresh start.

But is it really possible to completely rewrite our past and begin again?

The author presents some interesting ideas and perspectives on this topic.

He argues that while it may be difficult, it is indeed possible for a person to make significant changes in their life and start anew.

This requires courage, determination, and a willingness to let go of the past.

Overall, this book was a thought-provoking read that left me with a lot to consider about my own life and the possibility of starting over.

I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for inspiration and guidance on making positive changes in their life.
