I truly adored this one.

I mean, I had an absolute blast and quite frankly, I firmly believe that this was by far the quickest read I've had up until now.

However, to be honest, my TiVo is currently overburdened with weeks' worth of television shows.

And over these past few days, I haven't really engaged in much of anything else.

So, I'm thinking that I might have to take a break.

Just a short one, at least, so that I can permit myself to fall behind once again.

Even if you typically aren't partial to necromancers, zombies, and witches, this series is an absolute must-read.

It offers a unique and captivating blend of supernatural elements that will keep you on the edge of your seat from start to finish.

The author's vivid descriptions and engaging storytelling draw you into a world filled with mystery, magic, and unexpected twists.

You'll find yourself completely immersed in the lives of the characters and eagerly anticipating each new installment.

So, give this series a chance and prepare to be spellbound.

I have an unwavering love for Jamie Vegas.

She is an absolute delight, with a spunky personality that lights up any room. Her fun-loving nature is contagious, making every moment spent with her a memorable one.

What's more, she is incredibly cool, exuding an effortless charm that draws people to her. Despite her many great qualities, she remains down to earth, never letting her popularity or success go to her head.

Getting to know Jamie Vegas has been an absolute pleasure. She is truly a wonderful character, and I find myself completely obsessed with her.

Her presence in my life has brought so much joy and excitement, and I can't wait to see what the future holds for us.

Whether it's through her music, her acting, or just her daily life, Jamie Vegas continues to inspire me and make me believe that anything is possible.

After a long wait and many challenges, Jeremy and Jamie have finally achieved their goal. Their journey has been filled with ups and downs, but they never gave up. They worked hard, supported each other, and remained focused on their objective.

**REREAD 2022**

I don't really have anything new to say. This time around, I thoroughly enjoyed this book. In fact, I pretty much listened to it in two sittings, which is quite rare for me. The story had a certain charm that kept me engaged throughout.

If it wasn't for the back and forth at some points, I would have definitely considered giving it a 5-star rating. However, I still think it deserves a solid 4 stars. The characters were well-developed, and the plot had enough twists and turns to keep me interested.

**REREAD 2020**

I kind of rushed from "Broken" and into this one. Usually, I prefer to read one book in between each book of a series to avoid getting overwhelmed. But I was really looking forward to the Jaime/Jeremy part of this book, so I decided to go ahead and read it right away. And, to my surprise, it didn't ruin the book for me. Yay!

I have to admit that this book is a little slower than the other books in this series. As an actor, I could appreciate the angle of the story and how it was told. However, there was a lot of back and forth that took up some time. But still, it wasn't as bad as it could have been, and I'm glad for that.

The writing style was still good, the characters were likable, and the dialogue was funny. The sex scenes were also well-written and added to the overall enjoyment of the book. I thought this book would be a 3/5 star rating, but when I clicked that rating in, it just didn't feel right. So, I decided to give it a new rating of 3.5/5 stars.

Finally, Jeremy's story!! This particular one was predominantly centered around Jeremy and Jamie. However, you also got to catch a significant amount of Eve. That girl is simply amazing! She is so full of energy and has such a strong personality. I can't help but be drawn to her and love her. The story was really engaging and kept my interest throughout. I found myself completely immersed in their world. The relationship between Jeremy and Jamie was complex and interesting to watch unfold. And Eve added an extra layer of excitement and drama. I really enjoyed this story and can't wait to see what else is in store for these characters.

The seventh installment of the Women of the Otherworld series takes readers on an exciting journey with Jaime.

As she is filming a show, she stumbles upon mysterious spirits. These spirits were sacrificed by humans, who intended to use their ashes for magic. Jaime, being the curious and brave character she is, decides to investigate and find out who is conducting these rituals.

The book also features visits from some familiar faces like Eve, Jeremy, and Karl. And here comes a wonderful spoiler: Jaime and Jeremy finally get together!! It's truly a beautiful moment in the story.

I have to admit, I wasn't initially expecting to enjoy a book told from Jaime's perspective as much as I did. However, this installment really changed my perception of her. It gave me a new and different view of how I previously pictured her character.

The author has done a great job of writing this book. The story is engaging, and the characters are well-developed. I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Jaime's character a bit better and look forward to reading more in this series.

No Humans Involved is the seventh installment in the Women of the Otherworld series, and it remains as captivating as ever. This particular book features Jaime, the oldest protagonist to date. Jaime is a spiritualist, but only her producers are aware that she is the real thing and, on top of that, a necromancer.

The story unfolds along two main plotlines. One involves Jaime co-starring in a TV show, while the other is a "supernatural mystery" storyline. In the backyard of the house where the show is being filmed, Jaime encounters spirits that can actually touch her, which is something they shouldn't be able to do. With the assistance of Jeremy and the other members of the Otherworld cast, she solves the mystery.

After Bitten, this might just be one of my favorite books in the series. Jaime is a wonderful heroine. She is independent yet discerning enough to know when a guy is being chivalrous and when to accept it. Her confidence in herself and her experience in the realm of love are truly refreshing. She is a great match for Jeremy, and I adored their scenes together. They often made me smile while reading, which is no small feat for me. More often than not, I'm put off by love scenes, but that wasn't the case with No Humans Involved. The scenes were sexy without being distasteful.

Sometimes it can be a bit challenging to keep track of all the characters in the Otherworld cast, but I still relished the glimpses into the lives of my favorite characters like Elena and Eve. It was quite evident that Hope will be getting the next book, and the little hints that Ms Armstrong has dropped about her have definitely piqued my interest.

No Humans Involved is a strong continuation of this excellent urban-fantasy series, and I would highly recommend it.

I COULD NOT PUT IT DOWN!

It was truly an unputdownable experience. I would actually get mad at someone for calling or wanting to come over.

This is an extremely enticing series that has completely captivated my attention.

The storylines are so engaging and the characters are so well-developed that I find myself completely immersed in the world of the series.

Every time I pick up a book in this series, I am transported to a different place and time, and I forget about everything else going on around me.

I highly recommend this series to anyone who loves a good read and is looking for something that will keep them on the edge of their seat from beginning to end.

I have a deep affection for the initial two volumes in this series. They truly captivated my imagination and left me eagerly anticipating the next installments. However, as I delved into the subsequent books, I couldn't help but feel a tinge of disappointment. The magic that had initially drawn me in seemed to have waned somewhat.

Thankfully, this particular book proved to be a wonderful exception. It brought a fresh perspective with Jaime at the forefront. I found myself completely engrossed in Jaime's story, his thoughts, and his emotions. The author did an excellent job of making me empathize with him and understand his journey.

Now, I'm excitedly looking forward to reading Hope's book next. I have a feeling that it's going to be just as amazing, if not more so. I can't wait to see what adventures and challenges Hope will face, and how her story will unfold. I'm sure it'll be a thrilling read that will keep me on the edge of my seat from start to finish. 4.5 stars.

I truly have a great affection for Jaime as the protagonist.

In the earlier part of the series, although she might seem a bit daft, she ultimately evolves into a likable and confident character.

Despite having very realistic doubts regarding her competency and worth, particularly as an aging TV star who was raised by an unsupportive mother, Jaime manages to discover her own confidence.

She坚守着自己的善良，与一个尊重她的男人在一起，并开辟了属于自己的道路。

Jaime's journey is an inspiring one, showing that even in the face of self-doubt and difficult circumstances, one can find their true self and create a fulfilling life.

Her character development is a testament to the power of perseverance and self-acceptance.

It is this aspect of Jaime that makes her such a captivating and relatable protagonist, and one that I will continue to root for throughout the series.
