This could be my favorite cookbook that I have ever encountered. After eleven years of consistent use, it has become quite worn. Many pages are falling out, but I am so reluctant to part with them that I continue to stuff them back into place. This cookbook is truly a gem as it provides a wonderful mix of foundational information. It not only offers a variety of delicious veggie recipes but also has an array of mouthwatering meat dishes. The photographs in the cookbook are both visually pleasing and highly instructional. They make it easy to follow the recipes and give a clear idea of what the final dish should look like. I have used countless recipes from this book and I have yet to be disappointed. Every time I cook a dish from it, it turns out to be a culinary masterpiece. It has truly become an essential part of my kitchen and I would highly recommend it to anyone who loves to cook.
