A tragic car accident occurred, forever changing the lives of those involved.

Amidst the chaos, a family secret was uncovered, sending shockwaves through the Baxter family.

The theme of adoption also plays a significant role in this drama, adding another layer of complexity to the story.

As the characters grapple with their emotions, forgiveness becomes a central theme.

That’s what you’ll find in The Baxter Family Drama, Firstborn Series of Book number 2, “Forgiven”.

As the children of a theater camp walk through grief, they are intertwined with an actor yearning for his biological family and a daughter who discovers a shocking family secret.

It’s a story of God’s divine leading and the realization that peace comes only after forgiveness.

The characters must learn to let go of the past and embrace the future, with forgiveness as their guiding light.

This book is a powerful exploration of love, loss, and the healing power of forgiveness.

As always, this book, like the ones before it, was truly awesome!

There's not really all that much more to say, but I feel compelled to express my thoughts a bit further. I'm extremely glad that things turned out the way they did with Jeremy. It really makes us look at the things we see on the news and in newspapers from a different perspective.

We often don't know the whole story behind what's reported. God would much rather that we love the person involved, pray for them, and not be overly judgemental or harbor any ill will. It's a powerful reminder that we should approach every situation with kindness and understanding, rather than jumping to conclusions or passing harsh judgments. This book has once again opened my eyes to the importance of these values in our daily lives.

I read this either in college or in high school, so it has been quite a while.

Yet the series was truly enjoyable to read. It has the power to transport you into the challenges and struggles that the characters face, and it brings you through realistic situations that make you feel as if you are right there with them.

Looking back, there are certain parts that I now find less realistic. For example, Landon "waiting" for Ashley since high school. In reality, most guys would simply move on with their lives and find another girl to marry. Another instance is famous Dane Matthews going after small-town Katie.

Moreover, all of the characters seem to be good-looking. My brother always made fun of me for reading these books, especially when there was an attractive male on the front cover. Haha.

There is also a bit of a melodramatic element to these stories. However, overall, they were enjoyable and even helpful for me when I was younger.

Also, the Firstborn series made me realize the cost of fame. This was really eye-opening for me and made me feel a sense of empathy for the celebrities in real life. It also made me see the emptiness that can sometimes come with fame.

One review for the series:

When I pick up a Christian fiction novel, my intention is to unwind to some extent and not overly analyze the media I'm engaging with. However, this simply doesn't hold true when the entire "faith-based" aspect grossly misrepresents the Christian faith. I found myself skimming and skipping every prayer or reflective moment, as they were all extremely embarrassing. It is crucial to stop taking verses out of context. We must cease stating that God audibly answers prayers in every instance. Also, stop asserting that God desires His people to have flawless lives. And please, stop pretending that every single person in Bloomington is a believer.

It is disheartening to see such inaccuracies and misinterpretations in a work that claims to be based on the Christian faith. It not only fails to provide a genuine and meaningful portrayal but also risks误导 those who may be less familiar with the true tenets of the faith. Authors should strive for greater authenticity and respect when dealing with religious themes to ensure that their works have a positive and accurate impact on readers.

Kingsbury’s note at the end was truly the best.

It read, “The characters in the book are fictional, but the God the characters serve is not.”

What an amazing God we serve!

He is the one who offers forgiveness without any boundaries every single day.

There is always fresh forgiveness waiting for us each morning.

We should praise the Lord for His never-ending mercy and grace.

His love is so great that He is willing to forgive us no matter what we have done.

We can come to Him with confidence, knowing that He will welcome us with open arms and forgive our sins.

Let us always remember the goodness of our God and give Him the praise and honor He deserves.

Praise the Lord!

This book made me feel so many emotions.

It took me on a rollercoaster ride of feelings, from joy to sadness, from excitement to calm.

As I turned the pages, I was completely immersed in the story, experiencing every moment as if it were my own.

The characters came to life in my mind, and I found myself rooting for them, hoping they would succeed in their endeavors.

The author's writing style was so engaging that I couldn't put the book down.

It was like a magical spell that kept me under its influence until the very last page.

This book has truly touched my heart and will stay with me for a long time to come.
